Great location to the Ocean, easy access from driveway. Great views overall. It was nice to leave the firewood for the fireplace, and it was easy to pick up more from the Market in town. The Kitchen was really accessible, and easy to use. Some of the people in my group were not a fan of the 2 steps go get from the kitchen/living room area up to the dining room area and premium view of the Ocean. But, for most people it was not a problem. The TV’s were nice and easy to use as well. Great place overall!

My family and I had a great time here. The view from the master bedroom with deck to walk out to was wonderful. I loved the media room with surround sound and a wide selection of dvds. We enjoyed the aquarium which was only a mile away. Richard did a nice job communicating and hosting. We would return.

Great location in the Nye Beach Neighborhood. Plenty of nice restaurants and coffee shops to walk to. This is our second time staying here and enjoy the location. The spacious kitchen also allows for family dinners and we like to take advantage of the outside grill.

The photos of this house do not do it justice - the house and property were amazing. Super private property with amazing views. House was much more spacious than I imagined. The kitchen was so well equipped with all the trinkets you could possibly imagine…we used the instapot, food processor, immersion blender, espresso machine, pizza oven, and loved trying out an induction cooktop! Everything in the house was super high end and felt supremely luxurious considering the price we paid.

We stayed here with all our kids and their spouses so we had a full house. The place was stocked for us to be able to bring food and cook our meals with all necessary equipment. The game area for people to socialize and even baby gates which came in very handy for the little ones. The beach view was amazing, beds were comfortable and the place truly felt like home. We would definitely stay again as we found the house and amenities worth what we paid,

Had a wonderful time in Yachats, checking out the local shops and restaurants. Topped off with a great stay at a nice place.

Overall, we loved staying here! Lovely accommodations, very clean, good location in town - close enough to walk to Old Town. Lots of attention to detail. The outside area is glorious, with the garden, the hot tub and the sauna. We would return -- that said, a few things do need attention. - When others are in the adjoining unit, it's not like being next door, with sound muffled through walls. The main room for the smaller unit is on the other side of a thin door -- every word they say comes through, as well as whatever they're watching. The door should be insulated/soundproofed, and covered by a wall-hanging - an easy/inexpensive fix. - The tub should have a non-stick surface -- very slick while showering. Also, there could be a bathmat, outside the tub, for when we step out -- again, a potentially slick/fall situation. - We very much missed having a toaster - we couldn't find one in the otherwise well-stocked kitchen. We had FAR too many burnt-offerings in using the broiler.

Absolutely adorable house with all the amenities you could possibly need! Being right across the road from Bob's Creek Beach was fantastic.

Victoria, Tim, and Lynn are fantastic hosts! This cabin is even more beautiful and adorable in person than it is in the photos. We would absolutely come for another stay. The surroundings are gorgeous!! The cabin is well maintained, and they even preheated the hot tub for us! Overall a wonderful spot. We highly recommend this spot for those that want a quiet get away. Note for those of us with disabilities: the loft requires some climbing/upper body strength to access 💪🏻❤️🦾 (you need to use your upper body quite a bit in order to use the ladder to the loft).

The cottage was cozy and inviting and felt spacious for our family of four (including two grade school aged boys) and two dogs. The location is great - you can walk to town or to the river and a small portion of beach (possibly more beach if caught at low tide). Everything was easy to follow and worked great and we had no need to communicate with the host. The guide book was full of info and I am certain she would have been very helpful had we reached out. We would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful cabin! We would definitely stay again. It is close to the beach and the hot tub was so relaxing after our long days. The house was cozy and comfortable.
