Absolutely loved our stay here. We were traveling with our toddler and baby and I loved that they had a rocking chair in the bed room. I also brought our blackout shades for the windows in the room and I didn’t have to use them which was really nice! My kids loved the bathtub too. Loved the balcony and views and the bridge noise was not loud or disruptive at all. The space was a great size for all of us and we would definitely book again. A few cons but not deal breakers for us was the size of the bed, wish it was at least a queen but the room could definitely fit a king. The code to get inside was also fairly long (10 digits) and was a bit tough to put in when you have your hands full with kids/baby.

The unit is close to the beach, restaurants and shops. You can walk to everything. Incredible views of the beach. Plenty of games in the cabinet for down time. We did not cook but the kitchen seemed to have everything you would need.

My family of 4 including an 8 month old and a teenager stayed here for my husbands birthday. WOW! The views are truly unbeatable, it feels like you are right on the beach. The condo was actually bigger than it looked in the photos. Having 2 full bathrooms was so nice, and the kitchen was great to have meals in. When we wanted to go out we were within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. The condo is situated so centrally in Newport we had quick drives to visit all the sights. We loved our stay and look forward to hopefully coming back! The only thing we noticed is that the parking lot needs to be repainted, it was a little difficult to see the assigned spot numbers.

Beautiful view of the commercial harbor and bay. Easy to walk to the bay front street with a few restaurants bars and lots of shops.

This is a perfect spot to soak up Nye Beach! Clean, spacious, and comfortable, unit 303 was everything we needed and wanted. So close to the beach, it was also a very short walk to shops and places to eat. We’ll be back!

Great location, very convenient. Note that there is NO coffee and only a drip machine. I expected to have some k-cups like most AirBnB's The in wall heater in the bedroom does not work but there is a space heater in the closet that you can plug in. Overall, great stay and would stay again.

We had a great time staying at this spot with my girlfriend and her mom. Very close to the action near Newport for crabbing/fishing/hiking/etc. Reasonably priced. I’d recommend this spot to others, exactly as advertised

I’ve stayed here a few times and is always one of the first places I check when coming to Florence. Within walking distance of Old Town and all the fun there. Clean, well kept, full kitchen, friendly hosts.

Beautiful space, perfect for our weekend getaway. Loved that we could include our furry best friend too! Everything was clean, beautiful views, quiet area, walking distance to beach and close to town for any needs/activities. Loved being able to sit in the hot tub after a long busy day and relax. Host was very proactive and friendly and happy to tend to any needs necessary. Hopefully we can make another trip back!

We had a lovely weekend stay. This home was welcoming and clean. We found additional linens on our last day. It would have been helpful to have located those a bit earlier in the trip. A few of the dishes were dirty in the cabinets. Vacasa was responsive to items in need of repair. Unfortunately, the spa and pool were closed upon arrival and have maintenance scheduled for the next several weeks. Aside from these unexpected changes, we throughly enjoyed our time. The sea lions were an added bonus. It was just far enough away to make walking with a toddler too much, but had I been solo, I would’ve enjoyed that perk! We spent most of our days exploring and found this to be a relaxing and welcoming home for rest each night

As advertised -- a great location being the main draw. Easy walk to shops and restaurants, easy access to Hwy 101 for longer drives, stairs right down to the beach and a great balcony view of the beach. Unit was clean and functional. Great communication -- we could not find the bedding for the sofabed, but the local host responded to our text in less than 10 minutes even though it was after 8 pm. Appreciated that they left binoculars for guest use. Only word of caution is that there is not an elevator. If you're on the 2nd or 3rd floor, struggling with mobility or have a ton of small kids and their attendant stuff or other necessary baggage, you might find the repeated trips up and down the stairs tedious. Also, using a code they text you over and over is a bit tedious; would rather have keys, but I guess they probably lose too many.

Beautiful condo with an incredible view of the beach. Loved the neighborhood, there were so many good places in walking distance or within a short drive. It was a very comfortable place, set up well. They even had little snacks for us! Also, the soundproofing on the windows is great, you couldn't hear any outdoor sound at all. Also super nice to not have a long to-do list at the end of our stay.

This condo was wonderful! The view from the balcony is INCREDIBLE right on the ocean! To get down to the beach it is just a short walk down the stairs. There was a good amount of space for my boyfriend and I to stay here for a week. There were plenty of pots, pans, utensils and kitchenware to do cooking and baking while we were there. They also had a binder full of nearby restaurant menus which was helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here!

This place was perfect! It’s only like 800ft from the cute nye beach shops! The ghost communicated well and everything was neat and tidy! Felt like home!
