Outdoor and Sun porch are shared space that includes a huge in-ground pool, beautiful screened in sun porch, outdoor dining, fire pit, hot tub, and trampoline. The pool closes September 19th will re-open next Summer.

Off street parking is available. On bus route: convenient public transportation to downtown. Close to everything in the center of Greater Cincinnati. Owner lives next door.
