The apartment is located in a strategic position, Via Maggio n.1: in the heart of the city, between Borgo San Frediano (considered by Lonely Planet one of the coolest neighborhoods in the world) and the extraordinary monuments and masterpieces of Florence such as the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Museum, Il Duomo and the elegant Via Tornabuoni with its super-chic shops. The possibility of self-check in will soon be available, especially for those who have to arrive after 7 pm. the entire apartment. We will be at your disposal to give you all informations to spend an authentic vacation in Florence! The apartment is located in the heart of Florence’s historic center, a stone's throw from the famous Ponte Vecchio and its famed jewelry shops. Take a stroll to the Santo Spirito district to discover its lively cafes and vibrant Tuscan restaurants. From the train station Santa Maria Novella you can take the taxi (just 5 minutes) or the bus number 6 and get off in Lungarno Guicciardini ( the bus stop is called "Pescaia di santa Rosa") and from there 2 minutes by walk. If you have the car you can park at the Garage Lungarno in Borgo San Iacopo 10 (+39.055.282542 - two minutes by walk from our apartment) If you book it you will avoid the fine as it is in ZTL area. From the Airport of Florence "Amerigo Vespucci" you can take the taxi (around 20 minutes) or take the special bus to reach the central train station; check the website for timetable: www.areoporto.firenze.it on item Transports. The apartment is located in ancient building at the first floor (20 confort steps to make) no elevator. The apartement can accomodate up to 3 adults (King size bed 1,80 m x 2 m, 1 confort sofa bed 1,20 m x 1,90 ) both with lattex hypoallergenic mattresses). It will be possible also to 2 adults with 2 teenagers. Our staff will attend the check-in from 04.00 until 07.00 but if you need a different time please feel to ask and we can find a suitable solution for you . Self check-in will be also available asap. The air conditioning will be at your disposal from middle of April (work in progress)

Borgo Allegri - Graziosa casa immersa nell’ arte

Fatti sorprendere dagli inediti accostamenti di pareti in mattoni e arredi di carattere moderno. Ogni dettaglio di questo appartamento è curato per creare un'atmosfera calda e conviviale. Il soppalco poi si presta per momenti giocosi o di relax ma anche per due ospiti in più! L'appartamento è stato creato con amore per i dettagli e attenzione al comfort e vivibilità degli spazi. Si tratta di un open space di 40m2 ampio, comodo, elegante e di design. Si trova in una zona tranquilla all'interno del cuore della città, tra quelle che sono le vie della movida fiorentina e al tempo stesso il cuore storico, artistico ed architettonico della città. Una menzione va a via Pietra Piana e Sant'Ambrogio, che, seppur nel circuito turistico, mantiene ancora intatto il suo carattere locale, con negozi non destinati al consumo del turismo di massa, ma più attenti alla necessità di chi ancora risiede dentro le mura cittadine e, con loro, chi più interessato ad un turismo vicino alla vera natura dei luoghi visitati. La zona giorno è luminosa ed è il cuore della casa, dotata di un piccolo ma comodo divano, due poltroncine, tv a schermo piatto e tavolo dove si mangia comodamente in quattro L'adiacente cucina è moderna e completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per consentirvi di cimentarvi ai fornelli anche in vacanza. La camera da letto si affaccia sul retro dell'edificio, molto silenziosa, ha un comodo letto matrimoniale, scrivania, e una piccola cabina armadio. Sarò sempre disponibile ad aiutare e suggerire agli ospiti qualche punto di vista particolare della città. Quando possibile eseguirò personalmente il check-in o il check-out L'appartamento si trova a metà tra due anime, una molto turistica e piena di interessi storici, e l'altra più autentica e legata ancora a chi vive in città. Di fronte all'appartamento si apre uno dei pochi e rari spazi pubblici verdi dentro le mura. Consiglio a tutti gli ospiti di scaricare la app Mobike, per spostarsi agilmente in bicicletta all'interno della città. Altrimenti sicuramente muoversi a piedi è la migliora alternativa per una città della misura di Firenze. L'appartamento si trova a metà tra due anime, una molto turistica e piena d'interessi storici, e l'altra più autentica e legata ancora a chi vive in città. Di fronte all'appartamento si apre uno dei pochi e rari spazi pubblici verdi dentro le mura.
