Small quaint cabin located between Sylvester Farm and Trailsend Steakhouse. Atv. Access thru Sylvester Farm Campground to the Dead River. Great canoeing and kayaking. Trout, Salmon, Perch and Pickerel. Bear, Moose, Bird and Deer Hunting. Zone 7/8. Cabin has 2 bedrooms. Larger one has full bed. Smaller of the 2 bedrooms has bunkbed with twin over full. Living room has double reclining couch and additional reclining chair. Full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, Keurig etc.

Our Timberline Lodge home is an exceptionally-styled 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property, and is less than 5 minutes to Sugarloaf! Our home is unique - a main house with a master bedroom and a sleeping area in the loft, and a separate building (we call it the 'Barn') that has a sleeping area, with full bathrooms in both! Enjoy a cozy living room space, a charming dining room, and a kitchen that will fit all your needs. Want some privacy or need some quiet space to work, use the Barn's living room!

(No cable.) Washer/Dryer with detergent available. Great place to stay for exploring Maine or a visit with your family and friends and most of all making memories! ❤️🫎

Snowshoeing, Walking and hiking trails nearby as well as 2 ski mountain options (Sugarloaf and Saddleback) both about 25 miles away. Local grocery store, restaurant choices nearby, pizza and sandwich shops, local park and much more! This is 4 season area depending on what you enjoy for activities!
