Fantastic apartment in a great central location! Spotlessly clean, with great amenities and little conveniences throughout the place. Lovely, modern building with 24h security. There is a tram stop right out front and lots of cafes nearby. Incredibly convenient for the Grand Prix as gate 8 only 500m away! Excellent communication and support from Johnny before our arrival, with no need to contact him during our stay as everything was perfect. The apartment is actually much nicer than the pictures with a lovely big balcony and lots of natural light. Thank you Johnny for a wonderful stay! I highly recommend this place for a great Melbourne visit.

Gokcan was very hospitable and the place was near and tidy with many decorative items. We were even welcomed with chocolates for Easter and morning tea packets!

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

Absolutely loved our stay at Claire’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Claire was such a lovely and accommodating host that was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The Airbnb itself was incredibly cute and cozy, with thoughtful touches throughout and all the amenities we could have asked for including, milk, wine, and some snacks. The location was also perfect — right next to Southern Cross Station, which made getting around the CBD a breeze. 10/10 experience, would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Melbourne.

We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts. Absolutely loved our stay here! After being let down by our first accommodation in Melbourne, the team were extremely helpful and got us sorted for our remaining 5 nights at very short noticed. Responses were extremely quick and informative, and the space was gorgeous! Clean and cosy, I would definitely recommend.

Simon and Peir have a fun and well decorated home filled with op-shop trinkets collected over the years. Everything required for a comfortable stay is provided for. The apartment is at a convenient location with the tram station right outside and quick access to CBD/St Kilda beach. Simon and Peir were extremely accommodating, kind and friendly hosts and it was a pleasure to live in their lovely home. Most definitely recommend!

If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

Great place to stay with loads of space for a large family. Close proximity to shops transport and the beautiful walks along the river. Appreciated the ability to have early check in and later checkout. Lovely bathroom toiletries and kitchen amenities. Beautiful home.

A perfect place for our family of 5 to spend 4 nights. Heidi and Tim are A+ hosts whose extra touches are greatly appreciated. Location is superb and the community leaves you wishing you could move here. House was spotless, deck was perfect for dinner. For us, extremely convenient to sandbelt golf courses. We would love to come back and would be delighted to stay here again.

Nicola was a lovely host, very responsive and accomodative to our needs. She provided a very clear list of things that needed to be done and recommendations for this around based on our reason for stay. Allowed us to have felixble check-in and check-out which was very much appreciated. The house was lovely, good for larger groups very spacious but still homey. Kitchen was prestine and outdoor area was enjoyable to the sunshine.
