The Apartment has a parking space to the rear, which is a highly sought after commodity in the busy season. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. A 2 minute walk to Towan beach. Located right in the centre of Newquay close to bars, restaurants, and shops. Nicely laid out 1 bedroom apartment that will sleep up to 4 adults. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed that will comfortably sleep 2 adults in the lounge area, the bathroom is through the bedroom. A travel cot is available on request. There is on street parking on the road outside the apartment.

Whether you’re curled up in bed or enjoying a cuppa in the front room, the views are stunning. There is on street parking to the front of the property, but it is a central location and spaces are limited. There is a council car park 30m up the hill from the flat, and a privately owned one opposite!

The cottage is alongside our bungalow at Pentire, with parking on the driveway. Your entrance is separate and secure. The gate opens onto an undercover deck and into an open plan kitchen lounge dining area with 55 " smart TV. The bedroom has a king-size bed built in a wardrobe and 1.5 ensuits. High-speed internet. 20 min walk to town.

The Chalet is under a 10 minute walk to Fistral Beach & a 5 minute walk to Newquay town centre! It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate then down steps to a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our dog in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi!
