We had a lovely, cosy holiday stay with beautiful decorations and extra goodies to make it even more festive. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the beds were super comfortable. Kathleen responded rapidly and super kindly to all our questions. A great pick!

The home is beautiful and has tons of character. It's also in a beautiful setting and feels very homey. Would definitely stay there again.

My family had another wonderful vacation at Jane’s house. She’s a great host. The house is very clean and had everything you need and more. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is great. The best is the backyard and heated pool. We spent most of our time there outside in the wonderful backyard. It’s close to sesame place, please touch museum and the Franklin institute. If you have young kids, it’s a great location. We plan on going back for sure!

I came back to PA for my dad’s funeral and we chose to stay here because it seemed like a great location for the kids and it was perfect. We had a very nice stay. The yard is incredible and the location is absolutely perfect. Close to Tyler State park and central to everything. The kids spent so much time outside in the yard.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

We had a nice stay at the property for a family occasion nearby. We needed a lot of beds for the adult children that joined, which the place provided. The beds were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room to spread out, lots of TVs and eclectic furnishings. I regret we were not there in the summer season to enjoy the pool and deck area which we imagine are lovely when set up.

We had a nice stay at Caryle’s house. It was a nice location to explore Longwood gardens, Wintertur, and Philadelphia. Neighborhood was quiet. The house was nice and clean and we felt right at home. Caryle was very responsive and proactive.

Ivy's place is on a quiet street within easy walking distance of Drexel and UPenn. She was a gracious host and very quick to respond to our inquiries. The house itself was immaculate and very comfortable. We enjoyed time sitting in the beautiful garden in the backyard too. We hope to stay again!

Amazing historic building in a very historic part of Philly. The garage was a lifesaver as we had a pretty big suv and were working during the day and needed a place to park it. Surprisingly quiet for being on the ground floor , walls are thick... bed was comfy ... it was great !

We stayed at this house for a bachelor party and it was perfect. Plenty of room for a big group, great amenities including the game room in the basement, and a good location for transit access and bars. The hosts were very informative and responsive, so it was a great experience from start to finish.

We visited Philly for my sister’s wedding and luckily came across Junior’s place. It was clean, had everything we needed and was near so many stores and restaurants. The house itself was clean, just like the pictures and all of the beds were so comfy we overslept. The patio out front was perfect for us to sit out, laugh and talk and totally felt safe. It got chilly one night and we were able to easily adjust the temp with the smart thermostat. The water pressure was amazing and hot water was available for all 5 of us with no issues. The rain shower head in the main bedroom felt great and prompted me to order one for my own home off Amazon to install. Overall I am definitely staying at Junior’s place when we visit Philly in May, July, the Roots Picnic, and when my sister has her baby in September. I’ve officially found my favorite AirBnB!!!

Bo was super responsive and flexible - thank you! The home didn't match the photos (beds and living room set up were slightly different). Still enough beds / sleeping, but just wanted to highlight that the kids-themed beds were not there (which was ok for us). The home is near enough to a highway that you can hear traffic/cars throughout the night, so might be a little tough for a light sleeper. Overall, the location is fantastic if you're looking to get to the King of Prussia Mall and Valley Forge (literally minutes away).

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Great for attending events at the sports complex.

Matthew's place was absolutely perfect for putting up ourselves and all our out of town guests , it was very comfortable, centrally located, easy to find and check in was seamless. Matthew is a friendly, helpful host. Our guests were all impressed with their accommodations! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a lot of bedrooms for friends & family.

I enjoyed my stay here. My family and I was in town for the Penn relays which is in down town Philly, this place is literally a stone throw from a train line that goes right there. It was perfect because we was thinking about ubering there, but this option was much quicker and cheaper. The house was quiet, clean, and felt really safe, and it was a plus to have a drive way. The check in and out was easy. (Fyi: Angelo's pizzeria on 9th st is the real deal for cheese steak if your visiting), I would definitely stay here again when in town.

I have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs but this one sticks out to me above them all. Looking at it from the outside you wouldn’t think it would be as spacious but when we opened the door and went to each floor we were shocked at how nicely laid out this property is. She also had every little thing you could think of to make the stay even smoother. Her communication was proactive and timely. The neighborhood is very close to the Lincoln field so it was perfect for our trip. I would recommend this spot to anyone! Thanks for having us, Ying!

Thanks to Brandy and hosts for a fabulous retreat in the heart of South Philly! The home comfortably accommodated more than 10 guests, with a spacious dining area, and cozy bedrooms, and a priceless and relaxing rooftop view!

It was a very cute apartment. The bedrooms were large. I liked the eclectic decor. They had a Keurig, a regular coffee maker, and a kettle. It was a very warm beverage friendly spot.

Great house and easy ride into Philly. Close to all the colleges, but not in an area with college kid houses. Great back yard for kids.

We had a GREAT time at this location, with very few general complaints. -The TV was huge - beds where comfy -the air conditioning worked great - kitchen was gorgeous -location had everything you want for Philly (I am a Philly local) -the hot tub was clean -the house was darn near spotless Only complaints (and tbh this is nit picking!) -there is a charge for the hot tub (I feel there should only be one if you make a mess of it). Since the place was so pricey, we feel that a little much -you need to bring your own cleaning supplies (trash bags/paper towels, etc). -the tv didn’t have much in terms of streaming services/phone connection (bring a chrome cast or video game system if you want that). -water pressure wasn’t the best -it is a LITTLE loud outside at night, so be aware (not the owners fault, obviously—it’s right in center city so they’ll happen). THANK YOU SO MUCH! We will be back

Great place! My wife and I stayed 6 nights with our 4 kids. One daughter did a week long summer ballet program nearby. The house was very nice. Plenty of space for everyone. We used delivery services for groceries. Location was ideal. Reanimator coffee shop (across the street) was our go to every morning. We walked to restaurants in the area. Having the SEPTA station nearby on Broad/Federal St was helpful but we also took an Uber to downtown for $7 to $20 depending on time of day. Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner one night. Enjoyed having family time watching Olympics in the living room together or playing Scrabble at the dinner table. We used the washer and dryer since we had traveled over a week from home. Asli and Mike messaged/texted to make sure we had everything we needed and answered quickly when we had a question. They even dropped off some paper towels on day 2 after we had texted so we felt very cared for. Would definitely stay here again if in Philadelphia!
