We also have access to Lake June and the private Sun N Lakes boat ramp and park. Boat ramp is by key.Plenty of parking for your trailers and rvs.

Fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee pot, toaster, blender and cookware. Bathroom with standup shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Internet provided.

For those quiet or rainy days the gaming room provides fun and excitement to your family. Wifi included all bedrooms, living room, & gaming room have tvs. Some local amenities are fishing boat ramps are close. Charming 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage that is a mile away from downtown Lake Placid. We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac with access to Lake Huntley just minutes away by foot.
