Great fishing spot with included kayaks and seasonal pontoon boat to explore on the lake. Our gas fireplace on the deck provides amazing memories and relaxation. Gas grill, outdoor furniture, clean space to swim between docks, and so on! Wifi, streaming networks, and board games provided in home! Standalone 750 square foot studio on 4 beautiful acres. Renovated in 2017. Roomy and comfortable, this space is perfect for overnight to short-term stays. The space is very private, separate from the main house, has its own entrance and dedicated heating and cooling. Close to shopping and dining, 15 minutes to Notre Dame and 30 minutes from Lake Michigan beaches and resort communities. Owners live in main house on property with their very friendly dog, Poppy, 2 barn cats, and 5 free-range hens.

McComb's Cabin, Union Pier, MI

Giant trees welcome you down the drive back to the cabin in the woods. The cabin, along with my house and a small cottage reside on the 2 1/2 acre property. A contemporary cabin of steel and pine with vaulted ceiling and sky lights. Open living space, inviting queen size bed, luxury rain shower, full kitchen but no stove. A wood burning fireplace- fall through end of March and outside fire pit. Public beach a 5 minute drive away. Couples check out the cabin for anniversaries & special days.

South Bend, 1 Bedroom Cottage Built in 1912

South Bend historic cottage in the National Historic District of Chapin Park. Close to Notre Dame. One dog is welcome. No cats. There is a queen sized bed and a sofa, NOT sofa bed in the sitting room. This cottage built in 1912. Private and cozy, the cottage has a big screen TV, wifi and a gourmet kitchen. The owner lives almost directly behind and is available and happy to assist. Chapin Park's tree-lined, brick streets and diverse historic architecture are charming. No smoking.

This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. See the LOCATION section under the map to read a description of our neighborhood. *Winter Note: We shovel the walkways at the Airbnb, but not usually until later in the day. So mornings might be snowy.
