Screened windows & fans; front & back decks + balcony. Huge outdoor shower, BBQ, bikes, wagon, port-a-crib, games, 2 TVs, Netflix, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys, full cooking gear, condiments, etc. We rent to families & QUIET groups who agree to STRICT noise rules.
