Spectacular new build house (2018) in a lovely, quiet area with a beautiful view to the fjord/sea, mountains and forest in Kvaløya /Tromsø. You can watch the beautiful northern light / aurora borealis from the huge window (10 sqm), sitting in the living room with a cup of tea or coffee in your hand:-) This is a perfect place for tourists who wants to see the northern light, whales in the fjord at winter, hiking/ skiing in the mountains or everything else you want in this lovely city.

From this residence you have easy access to everything. It is within walking distance to the grocery store and library. The building has a new fitness center and a fantastic cozy cafe/restaurant. Hytta har ikke innlagt strøm og vann, men oppgradert anlegg slik at det er 12V, 230v, varmt og kaldt vann i springen. Koketopp og stekeovn på gass. Minimum 22 år for leie.

Surrounded by dramatic mountains and oceans, Andørja is the most mountaineous island of Northern Europe. Mighty peaks shoot straight up from the sea. Few places are the landscape more conspicious than at Laupstad, where our farmhouse lies just between the sandy beach and mountains. We welcome singles, couples and families of every nationality! Fishing trips is possible. The midnight sun is best experienced by boat after all.

We are the proud owners of this very special cabin located right at the seafront. Modern fully equipped kitchen and stylish living room with panoramic views through the large windows facing the sea. The cabin is fully equipped with everything you will need and the bathroom is spacious with water closet and large shower. Washing machine/tumbling dryer and dishwasher is also available and can be used freely.
