Grandmother's house 🥰❤️ That is the feeling I had since stepping in and loved it. It felt very cosy and warm, old furniture but had everything we needed. Great location, I honestly felt sad to leave the place. Hoping to go back again next winter. Great garden for the kids to play in with swings and beautiful sauna. Fireplace was lovely and host very friendly. Unfortunately igloo wasn't up because of the snow level but that is mother nature and it reflects in no way on the host. Also lovely woods and lake close by, we enjoyed sledging the girls there, it takes 5 min. Thanks for everything

Wunderbare Unterkunft mit allen Annehmlichkeiten (indoor und Outdoor Sauna). Gute Lage - absolut ruhig und uneinsehbar und trotzdem in 10 Minuten in Rovaniemi.

Roland's place exceeded all our expectations. It was absolutely perfect and located in a peaceful, quiet area. Although it's just a 20-minute drive from Levi, it's far enough from light pollution that you can enjoy the northern lights right from the window—an unforgettable experience. The house was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Roland's tips and recommendations were incredibly helpful, and he even went out of his way to drive us to the airport, which we truly appreciated. If we ever return to Finnish Lapland, Roland's place will definitely be our first choice. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming stay.

Kämppä oli erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä! Käytössä hyvin varusteltu keittiö, mikä lapin majoituksissa ei ole mikään itsestäänselvyys. Kommunikointi Miinan kanssa oli nopeaa ja sujuvaa. Sijainti loistava. Ainoa pieni miinus siitä, että makuuhuoneen sänky oli hieman pieni kahden nukkua. Me ratkaisimme asian vetämällä parven sängyt yhteen ja nukuimme huoneen sijaan siinä. Eli suosittelen erittäin lämpimästi kahdelle ihmiselle, usammalla voi käydä ahtaaksi.

We had a very enjoyable weekend at Villa Nyåsa, we were 7 persons and we fitted in very well. Villa Nyåsa was a very cosy, comfortable, well equipped, extremely clean, clutter free, tastefully furnished holiday home. Ulf and Karina were super hosts, warm and hospitable making us feel welcome in their lovely villa.

The condo was lovely. We truly loved our stay. It was a perfect home away from home for my family and two young kids (a 3 year old and 0 year old). The location was great. Everything was beautiful. It was sparkly clean. The owner was hospitable and timely responded to all inquiries. The condo was conveniently located just 80 minutes from Helsinki and was near the sea, restaurants, bars, and the beach. The listing indicated it had 4 bedrooms. Only three bedrooms were accessible to us, which was perfectly fine as there was plenty of room and we loved our stay. A handicap friendly elevator was offered, if needed (which we utilized for toting the heavy bags with lots of kids' stuff up to the third floor). The house had two full bathrooms and was equipped with a bubble bath and a sauna. Everything about the apartment was charming, immaculate, cozy, stylish, and just perfect. At the time we made the reservation, we inquired about our need for a crib or pack n play for our baby. The owner promptly responded that a pack n play would be provided. Not only was there a pack n play set up when we arrived, there was also a high chair set up at the dining room table. We appreciated the thoughtful and sweet gesture. Having the special items at the condo made traveling with a baby comfortable and easy. The owner was extremely friendly and courteous. Once we checked in, the owner reached out to us to make sure everything was great and assured us we could contact him with any questions/concerns during our stay. The three accessible bedrooms were on the third floor. Two bedrooms were large and had balconies. The third bedroom was smaller and had two skylights. There was a fabulous bathroom on the third floor complete with a shower and a sauna. The second floor had a full and beautiful kitchen with all the amenities we could need for cooking in the condo, a comfy and stylish living area, a long dining room table, a beautiful bathroom with a tub and shower, and a balcony with seaside views. The bottom floor had our entrance, a foyer, and the stairwell.

Very close to the train station and a 10 min train ride to city centre, super well equipped kitchen and the hosts were very friendly and respond to your queries asap :)

Kaunis asunto upealla järvimaisemalla. Asunto toimiva ja sieltä löytyi kaikki majoitukseen tarvittava. Selkeät ohjeet kirjautumiseen ja asunnosta löytyi vielä lisäohjeita kansion muodossa. Majoittajan kanssa viestittely sujui hyvin. Kohdetta voi suositella ehdottomasti.

Sujuva sisäänkirjautuminen, vaika tulimme vasta myöhään. Majoitus on tilava, avara ja siisti, sekä erinomaisella paikalla. Aamupala- ja muita ruokailupaikkoja ympäristö täynnä. Viesteihin vastaaminen nopeaa ja ystävällistä. Toivottavasti pääsemme pian uudelleen!

Viivyin useamman viikon ja olen erittäin tyytyväinen: asunto oli puhdas ja siisti, rauhallisella paikalla lähellä keskustaa ja esim. välisiivoukset tehtiin joustavasti ja hyvin. Pekka piti vieraasta hyvää huolta, vastasi nopeasti ja pyysi ilmoittamaan, jos mitään puutteita on - ei kyllä ollut. Oikein mielelläni palaan tähän, jos majoitusta Mikkelissä tarvitsen.

Asunto on upeassa vanhassa talossa hienosti ja hyvällä maulla remontoitu mukavasti vanhaa kunnioittaen, mutta mukavuuksista tinkimättä. Majoittuminen ja asuminen sujuivat mukavasti ja uni maistui mainiosti. Mikäli Vaasassa majoitusta tarvitsemme, niin tulemme uudelleen. Kiitos

Tämä ihana asunto oli aivan hiihtolatujen vieressä ja kävelymatkan päässä ravintoloista sekä laskettelurinteistä. Kohde oli juuri sellainen, kun sen kuvaus on. Majoituimme neljän aikuisen kanssa ja tila riitti hyvin, erinomainen varmasti myös lapsiperheelle. Asunto oli siisti ja siellä oli kaikki tarvittava ruuanlaittoon. Majoituimme pääsiäisen yli eli varmasti kiireisimpään aikaan, mutta alue oli rauhallinen. Tämä kohde oli mielestämme erinomainen hinta-laatu suhteeltaan ja sijainniltaan. Myös majoittajat olivat ystävällisiä ja kommunikointi oli sujuvaa.

Miika is a wonderful host who ensure you settle in safely and comfortably. The backyard is a great area for you to have fun and relax with a view of the frozen lake. You can also catch the memerising sight of the Aurora at Miika’s place. This is definitely a wonderful house for everyone! p.s. the salmon soup is a gem 😋

Juha’s place was a little piece of paradise on the coast where we could relax and unwind in complete comfort. He thought of everything with multiple areas to relax both inside and out. Plenty of firewood and a great BBQ for tasty dinners. Juha is a wonderful host and can comfortably recommend his place with a 5 star rating. Hope to be back again.

Ihan mahtava paikka oli viettää synttäreitäni. Kaikki mukavuudet oli saatavilla ja vielä enemmänkin. Suosittelen ihan jokaiselle Villa kajuuttaa!

Erittäin mukava ja ystävällinen vastaanotto varauksesta alkaen. Yhteydenpito sujui hyvin ennen ja jälkeen vierailun. Huvila oli upea ja vierailun puitteet täydelliset. Kohde vastasi kuvausta ja Isabella tarjosi ystävällisesti käyttöömme kauniin talon ihanassa pihapiirissä.

Hyvä majoitus isommalle porukalle! Kaikki toimi ja riittävästi tilaa 12hlö ryhmälle!

We had an absolutely beautiful wedding here and the photos matched the venue well. It was truly a dream location!! The location was lovely and we really appreciated Hanna’s prompt and thorough communication. Our observations on what could use improvement are minor, and we’re confident that Hanna will take them into consideration for future guests and events.
