Though just around the corner from the Hot springs, St Andrew’s Brewery and just a walk to the Rye and St Andrews back beaches. The secluded back yard features a monster wood fired BBQ, all planned for maximum family outdoor living. Inside we have open plan living and dining area with an open fireplace.
