Nous sommes ravis de vous accueillir dans ce superbe appartement NEUF de 70m2 de surface habitable comprenant 30m2 de terrasses en rez de jardin et 2 parkings privatifs. Il y a 2 chambres, 3 grands lits, 3 smart tv jusqu’à 6 personnes. La chambre verte est équipée d’un lit électrique de 160cm par 200cm. La chambre bleue comprend au choix: 2 lits jumeaux électriques de 80 cm ou un grand lit double de 160cm. Le salon comprend un canapé en cuir convertible haut de gamme de 160 cm par 200cm.

The studio is fitted with Private Kitchen, private bathroom, washing machine, etc. Free dedicated parking space. Several local buses stop a 2-minute walk from the property as well (Kalchesbruck - Reno) Important Note: Listing includes pictures of different studios in the same building for illustration purposes. Depending on availability, a similar studio may be allocated to the guest.

There are a few good local restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance however there are excellent transport links to get you into the city as the train station and bus stops are 2min away.
