This bright, spacious, newly built self catering two bedroom apartment is attached to a family home and beside a family farm. It is a great base for walking and exploring the beautiful Burren. It is situated in Finavarra Demesne overlooking Finavarra House, the bay and the Burren Mountains. The Flaggy Shore is only 1.2km walking distance and Linnane's Lobster Bar is 1.5km drive. Other areas close by: Kinvara 13km, Ballyvaughan 13km, Doolin 36km, Cliffs of Moher 40km, Burren Perfumery 12km.

Our beautiful Orchard Cabin is nestled in amongst the apple trees awaiting your visit. It is located a stones throw from the lovely old fishing village of ballyvaughan, that was once the heart of Clare and is now part of the Wild Atlantic Way. Spend a day in the sun on one of many beaches nearby or visit the stunning Burren and its fabulous attractions, such as Aillwee Cave and Birds of Prey Centre, Doolin Cave, Caherconnell Fort and the majestic Cliffs of Moher. The Loft at Bayfield Rinneen

The Blue Yard

The Blue Yard is a tiny home on the beautiful drive-on island of Aughinish, 12 km outside the sea-side town of Kinvara, named one of the top ten beautiful villages in Ireland. Aughinish Island is accessed by a 1 km causeway (not tidal) and is an area of unspoilt beauty with local pebble beaches a five minute walk away and the sandy beach of Traught a ten min drive away (8 km). You'll be staying on the Clare-Galway border with both the wildness of the Burren and Galway city at your doorstep.

(A car is necessary - we are in a very beautiful rural area with very limited public transport.)

We hope our guests do too. We are in an ideal location for cycling, walking or swimming in the Sea and can provide storage for your Bicycles.

You can enjoy a delicious meal and a pint in one of the many great pubs or restaurants in the area, or you can shop in one of the local farmer's markets and cook up a storm in the chalet.

Experience peace and tranquility surrounded by Gleninagh Mountain on one side and stunning views of Galway Bay, Aran Islands and Connemara on the other. We are 5 mins drive from the village of Ballyvaughan and a short car journey from many of the local tourist attractions in the area. There is a pier and slipway 2 mins walk from the property.
