HDTV with Amazon FireTV stick and free WiFi. Heating and A/C. There is a huge private deck w/ seating and a BBQ. One queen bed w/ down comforter and down mattress topper...very comfy!

The couch in the living room also converts into a second bed. There are bluetooth speakers that can connect to the TV for an amazing movie night or to your phone for music. There is also an accessible Tesla charger outside for any electric cars. We are in charge of cleaning, all you have to do is have fun and enjoy your stay!

NO TELEVISION SET Full private kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining area and pool (unheated.) there’s a unit directly above so there is some crossover noise and creeking as it’s a very old house (1930s) though there is ample privacy between the units and separate, private entrances.
