Phaos located in Kyparissia, specifically in the port of Kyparissia. They have an amazing panoramic view of the Ionian Sea and the mountains. Each apartment unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and cooker, a flat-screen smart TV in all the rooms and the living room, a private bathroom with shower and a seating area with a sofa, and air codition. Τhe balconies have an awesome view to the port and the mountains and you can admire the sunsets. Is on the first floor and is 90m2.

Our guesthouse consists of 4 identical studios with lots of privacy. Each studio has a comfortable double boxspring bed, 2 walk-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette and airconditioning. Outside each studio has a large covered veranda and a open terrace with 2 sunbeds. The fresh & healthy breakfast as included is served in the communal garden, where you can also find an outdoor shower and hammock. The sandy beach and taverna are just few minutes walking away.

Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: η τοποθεσία, βρίσκεται ακριβώς στο κέντρο, και βγαίνοντας από το διαμέρισμα θα βρεθείτε αμέσως στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της Πόλης όπου θα μπορέσετε να κάνετε τις αγορές σας με τα πόδια, η να πιείτε τον καφέ σας στα πιο όμορφα και γνωστά στέκια της Πόλης. This 30 sqm Apartment is placed at the first floor in a little house. Very calm and silent at the dead end of a small street. Many windows offers you a bright atmosphere and the large balcony invites you to an amazing view of Koroni and the sea. The center of Koroni and the small beach is only a few minutes away and also the large Zaga-Beach is very close. The last meters to the house is quite uphill!
