We had an excellent stay! The accommodation is in great condition, very clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect for nature lovers, with beautiful landscapes and plenty of outdoor activities. The host, Claudio, is exceptional, very welcoming and attentive to every detail. Aneta‘s flat was a perfect place for us to stay with our dogs, during a dog show weekend at the Bologna Fiera. Her directions shared the day before made it easy to find and access. Reserved private parking space was perfect for our large SVU. The apartment had everything we needed, including a well decorated and spotless bathroom. There was a lovely small yards for our dogs to enjoy. A bakery, train station, and grocery store were all in walking distance. We recommend this flat and would stay here again.

Katia's apartment is my style - a little old but with a lot of charm! The office was perfect for working and without a doubt, the best part is being right by the train station! Even though its the regional train, getting into Bologna was SO easy! We used that train every day. It is so close to the house- literally right in front of it. While the neighborhood is a bit residential and you are going to want to go into Bologna to do anything really fun, its very calm. Birds were always chirping and there were a lot of good food options. The best one was a Fusion Asian place. The owner was so nice! After being in Italy for a few weeks already, it was very nice to eat some delicious Asian food. Also, there is a Aldi within walking distance. Overall, great stay and location!

11/10, would more than recommend if you have a car. Francesco is an amazing host and the pictures do this Beautiful place not justice, it looks even better in real life. We definetly want to return.

Estupendamente comunicado, teniendo cerca hitos como Bolonia, Ferrara, Módena, Ravenna... Pese a estar muy cerca del aeropuerto, nunca nos molestaron los aviones. Bien climatizado, con habitaciones grandes y camas cómodas en la planta superior. Buena mesa y televisiones (una en uno de los dormitorios y otra más grande, en el salón). Todo muy limpio, cocina muy bien equipada. Plaza de aparcamiento propia en la misma puerta. Buena comunicación y amabilidad. Como punto mejorable, podríamos hablar de la bañera, clásica pero un poco incómoda.

Dorotea è eccezionale, si è preoccupata di venirci a prendere in aeroporto, darci precise istruzioni e consigli sulla zona e sui collegamenti, la casa è perfetta, pulita e confortevole.

Paolo was a brilliant host and his apartment was perfect. Exactly what we needed for a few days in Bologna. Perfectly clean with plenty of amenities and in a good walkable location to the city centre. Paolo was very kind, helpful and all around a great host. Wonderful apartment! We had a fabulous time in Bologna. Daniela was responsive, flat is finished to a high standard, great shower, comfortable bed. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Ótima estadia, boas acomodações, tudo limpo e organizado, além de ter máquina de café expresso, máquina de lavar roupa, secador e forno, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Anfitriã muito gentil e responde rápido. Gostei muito da hospedagem.

Walid was a great host. We were grateful he was able to accomodate us with a late check in as the only flights we were able to book arrived at night. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything you would need provided. There is a bus stop nearby but we ended up walking into town everyday. Would recommend and would stay again.

L'appartamento lo abbiamo trovato pratico e comodo. Sicuramente, se si è di passaggio è un'ottima scelta. Le camere molto spaziose, ordinate . La cucina dotata di tutto. Giuseppe l'host è stato molto gentile e professionale, sempre disponibile ad ogni nostre richieste. Per quanto riguarda la distanza è comunque relativa perché nonostante sia distante dal centro mezz'ora a piedi è facilmente raggiungibile grazie alle zone pedonali disponibili.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful, warm and unique apartment. Great light, tons of space, and especially loved the smell outdoor space. Lots of quirky cool touches in terms of art, paint, and layout. Overall we had an excellent stay and would return.

Abbiamo trovato l’appartamento con facilità grazie alle istruzioni dell’host (abbiamo poi fatto un self check-in) e in perfette condizioni. Purtroppo per le nostre necessità non abbiamo passato questo gran tempo nell’appartamento, ma per quanto siamo stai li abbiamo apprezzato. Unica piccola pecca è la distanza dal centro della città, per esempio dista 35/40 minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore. Per il resto abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno e consiglierei l’appartamento.

L'appartamento è in una zona molto silenziosa, vicinissimo a un grande parcheggio gratuito e a pochi minuti dal centro storico. È spazioso e ben fornito del necessario.

Io sono di Ferrara e da qualche tempo abito fuori città. Torno a Ferrara spesso per trovare la mia familia ed è bello scoprire appartamenti come questo. Piccoli ma funzionali, dei veri gioielli che portano alto il nome di Ferrara. non ho usato la cucina se non per un caffè ma ci sarebbe stato tutto il necessario. con me viaggiavano il mio compagno e mio figlio di 34 giorni!!! non gli è mancato niente! completa la proprietà su richiesta un garage, purtroppo la nostra macchina è esageratamente grande per l'entrata dello stesso ma non è certo colpa di Emma. C'è comunque uno spazio molto vicino in cui è possibile lasciare l'auto. Tornerò sicuramente!!!

She's the perfect hostess and landlord––responsive, efficient, friendly, recommended lots of local places to try and enjoy, communicative, and warm. We are so grateful to have stayed at her family home, huge apartment, more than enough space for three people. Spacious, inviting, cozy and excellent location. If you get to stay here, you've hit the jackpot in Bologna.

Logement idéal, en pleine centre ville historique, facile d'accès, très propre et bien meublé avec une hôte réactive. Manque simplement de luminosité.

Logement parfait pour un arrêt à Bologne, près de la gare. Pour ce rendre au centre de bologne, nous avons pris des vélo, mais on peut aussi le faire à pieds. Le logement est spacieux et propre, je recommande. Les hôtes sont très réactif et nous ont donné de bons conseils pour visiter.
