Really peaceful neighborhood and house which is exactly what we needed. The king bed was really comfortable to me as the firmness was practically perfect to what I like. Clean house, comfortable furniture making you feel right at home. We didn’t use the pool due to our own circumstances, but walked out there and it was a nice view. Really responsive host, was always on top of it. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the ocean any time of day. Eason was an amazing host, incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

We had such a special weekend at this beautiful property. The space was peaceful, fun, and full of charm — perfect for making memories with family. Every part of the house and grounds felt so thoughtfully put together, with little hidden gems to discover everywhere you looked. Collecting eggs each morning turned into a fun little game, with everyone trying to call dibs on who got to do it that day. The man cave was a major hit — packed with personality and details that made it feel like staying at a friend’s place. We also loved spending time by the pool and relaxing in the screened-in patio — the perfect spot to wind down in the evenings. Thank you for sharing this one-of-a-kind home with us. We’re leaving with full hearts and some unforgettable memories.

Came for a wedding. The home was exactly as the pics showed and it was pristine inside with all the necessities including beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Perfect location, walkable quaint little area, lots of great recommendations too. Great space, amazing host, Pauline always responded quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, just needed another day or two to enjoy the town. Highly recommend.

Rachel’s beach house was everything we were looking for and more! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the amazing ocean views that you could see from just about everywhere in the house. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Rachel was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. The location was perfect, right on the beach, making it very convenient. The pool was also a very nice addition. If you’re looking for the perfect beach escape, this is it!

It was a very nice first experience. The home was beautiful, and very clean. Michaela and her husband were also very kind and they were so quick to answer any question I had!

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

Amazing vacation with plenty to do around Jacksonville. Me and my wife spent all week doing something different every day and everything was within a 30 min drive. The house was great and the sweatshop was even better. The hosts were responsive and great to talk too. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for this type of experience or just looking for an exciting getaway to try something new.

I came to Jacksonville for work and my family came along for the week. We really enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. I need to know what kind of mattress is on the king bed. It was amazing. Lisa was very helpful and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I would rate this higher than five stars. The location was perfect for us to join the GORUCK HQ Ruck club for workouts and social gatherings. It was very easy to reach the beach. The beach chairs were a bonus for us to use as well. Everything about the home was excellent. We enjoyed soaking up the rays in the backyard, followed by a meal in the back under the giant shade tree. The furniture was all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking meals at home. We look forward to a return visit to Jax Beach and making this our rental again.

Lipsy was a very helpful host! She was quick to assist with everything! The house is located less than 10min from Historic St Augustine so it’s perfect! We had a large group and it fit us perfectly. The 2 kitchens allowed us to store and prep all the food we needed. The backyard was great for kids and the open space allowed us to spread out! If we go back we would stay here 100%!

We had a wonderful stay on Amelia Island staying at Guest Cottage. The quick walk to the beach was even better and more convenient than expected. The property was beautiful and relaxing, we loved sitting on the front porch for morning coffee. Just a quick drive to everything the island had to offer.

Amazing spaces indoor and out. The Airbnb pictures don’t do it justice. 3 bedroom, 3 bath, pullout couch. Sleeps 8 adults (willing to share beds) and 4 children (pullout couch and blow up mattress). Plenty of room for cooking, dining, well-equipped kitchen w/ air fryer, 2 coffee makers, crock pot and more. Great location 20 minutes from anything. Walked to stores (1.5 miles each way). Games and puzzles. Great master suite. Takes a few minutes to get hot water to back bathrooms, but be patient, it’s worth it. This could be a repeat for us!

We enjoyed our stay. Walkable to the beach and restaurants around Jax Beach.

We stayed at Paola's place for a company retreat. We were able to book both houses and they very comfortably accommodated our group of 14, with room to spare. The houses were very comfortable. The property is amazing, with direct beach access and plenty of room. Paola was a great host. Very responsive and very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Host was able to meet my groups unique needs, included some last minute changes!

This is a very nice and clean home in s great location. We were within walking distance of the Castillo so we were able to leave the car parked and walk around all day. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall it was a great stay. It was convenient because the beach was literally across the street. We we didn’t burn any gas riding around looking for things to do. Me and my kids loved it. The pictures on the profile could be better because I actually thought the living room and kitchen was bigger but that didn’t matter honestly. Publix and everything else was down the street! This stay is literally 30 mins away from the zoo , this is a great location for a getaway! Thanks!

Place was great. Nice neighborhood. Extremely roomy home. Clean and nice kitchen and backyard for grilling/cooking. Will definitely keep in mind for next trip to Jacksonville. Highly recommend.
