Appartamento appena ristrutturato il quale beneficia di una posizione magnifica, di fronte alla Cascata delle Marmore ed all'ingresso della Valnerina. Dalla casa si gode un panorama mozzafiato circondati da pace e tranquillità. La casa, con due camere da letto ciascuna con proprio bagno privato, dispone di un ampio soggiorno con un terzo bagno, cucina ed ampio camino. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.
