Built in 1887, and owned by the Pyle family for over 100 years, the farmhouse is surrounded by fields with sheep and cider apples. Beech Cottage at Southlands Farm is a lovely self contained property set in 11 acres, on the edge of the Blackdown Hills. Situated adjacent to our farmhouse, across a pretty shared courtyard, the cottage is warm and comfortable. The bedrooms have views of the orchard and tennis court, which you are welcome to use, along with the table tennis in the courtyard. Southlands Farm is in a perfect spot: a rural location renowned for its outstanding natural beauty but close to charming seaside towns.

It would suit guests who are looking for a base in the East Devon countryside, but would like easy access to the A30, M5, Exeter, Dartmoor and the Coast. Tall Trees is in a small hamlet, and is nestled in amongst other dwellings. It benefits from its own front door, a parking space, and a private patio and garden area.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.
