Nel cuore di Porto Ercole, al primo piano di un palazzo storico sul lungomare, questa casa vacanze di circa 70 mq - completamente ristrutturata nel 2026 - offre tutto il fascino dell'Argentario: un balcone affacciato sul porto con vista suggestiva sul mare e sulla barche ormeggiate, un giardino privato per momenti di relax all'aperto e una posizione centrale, a pochi passi da bar, ristoranti e negozi. Come proprietaria del noleggio gommoni IDROBOAT, sarò lieta di suggerirvi le spiagge più belle.

The villa is surrounded by a 1500 sq m garden with pines, Mediterranean plants and flowers, and includes a private sandy beach directly bordering the sea.It is composed of a living room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and two bathrooms (one of which in a small external structure). It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump.In the park, there is an outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea.

Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio. L’agriturismo si compone di due appartamenti indipendenti con sala, cucina, camera e bagno. Non dovrai condividere nulla con il altri ospiti poiché é stata nostra cura organizzare tutto in maniera che ognuno abbia i propri spazi e tutto sia separato. All'esterno c’é un barbecue, tavolo con sedie e le sdraio. Nelle vicinanze Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino e Bagni San Filippo. Per raggiungerci 1,5 km di strada sterrata!

Situato a pochi chilometri da Siena e Firenze,il nostro alloggio combina il fascino rustico con tutti i comfort moderni. si trova nel cuore del centro storico del famoso borgo di Cetona,sottostante al castello ,con vista sulla valle e il profumo della Toscana.

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

E' circondato da un parco di 6 ettari con un uliveto di 300 piante. Si trova a Sarteano, nel paese, un antico borgo medioevale con un castello da sogno, conosciuto per il Festival della Musica e del Jazz che si svolge alla fine dell'estate. Siamo nella bellissima Val d'Orcia, patrimonio naturale dell'umanità dall'UNESCO dal 2004.
