I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

We have just returned from 3 nights from Lauren's Beautifully kept Caravan visiting friends in the gorgeous country side of Northamptonshire.. Lauren couldn't have been more help with every detail, The Caravan was modern, extremely clean with lots of little extras that gave it a hotel feel .. Brilliant postion with a Great private Garden.. site was excellent too, Quiet with good security and facilities .. We would rebook without hesitation and definitely would give Lauren 11 out of 10 for hosting..Many Thanks 😀

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

We were greeted well upon arrival. They showed and explained everything. We were also lucky to see beautiful peacocks on the territory. The house corresponds to the description and photos. There is a good sauna, a large pool and there is a passage from a small goubina to a large one. The jacuzzi is also large. Everything is clean and neat, we liked it, the child is delighted, we will definitely come again.🙃

Veronica and husband were great when i arrived for check in and then on hand if needed (which was hardly needed) gave me an excellent recommendation for a local walk which was brilliant. accomodation had so much character and was perfect for what we wanted it for.

Upon arrival Sally was there to greet us and give us a quick tour which was really helpful. The house itself is gorgeous - so spacious, perfect for a large group, and you want for nothing. The kitchen in particular is such an amazing socialising space - perfect for hosting! The Christmas decorations throughout were amazing and really made us feel at home and in the holiday spirit! All bedrooms were comfy, warm and spacious. We really enjoyed the pool table and darts. Everyone loved it! Location was so peaceful - countryside for miles but only a 10 min drive from Sandy station. Sally was super responsive throughout if we ever had any questions. And the cherry on top was the cuddliest cat Batman! We couldn’t have wished for a nicer place to spend Christmas with the family. Thank you Sally!

Abbie's place was fantastic for us to meet up with grandparents for a couple of days after new year. The weather was super frosty, great views & sunrise from the house. Good job the heating was really effective keeping the place cosy. Twenty minute drive to Stowe NT for a lovely walk & 5 min drive to the Folly in Towcester for a cracking meal. We're into coldwater swimming and Abbie kindly let us use the pool out of season - first time I've had to crack the ice to get in some water ! The sauna after was amazing & only took 20 mins to warm up. Imagine it must be lovely with the pool in summer. We'd definitely recommend and would like to come back.

An amazing place, loads of space, carved up beautifully into separate kitchen (with huge larder, and utility room with chef's oven) massive dining room, same size lounge but very cosy, with all the bedrooms and en-suites you would need, even a separate annexe if needed too. An indoor heated swimming pool, with showers, changing rooms and a separate entrance off the beautiful garden tops it off! Great location for dog walks, and the local pub, coffee shop and convenience store, this is a must stay!

Stairs case difficult to navigate so wouldn’t be suitable for people with mobility issues

Really lovely stay - we were there for work purposes so didn’t get to enjoy the area to its fullest but house was very restful to come home to at the end of the day and had everything we needed.

My family and I had a wonderful time, the house was spotless and just as advertised. We appreciated the little welcoming touches and having a back garden to chill in. Michael was very responsive and we felt right at home.

This was a spacious home, with a well-fitted kitchen. We were surprised by Rumi's preference that we shouldn't consume alcohol on the premises, but we chose to honour and respect their request. Good location – we drove towards the city-centre but chose to park at De Montfort halls and enjoyed walking down New Walk into the centre. We enjoyed the Richard III exhibition, national space centre and Bradgate Park while we were in the area.

Great stay in a nice location. (Nice quiet neighbourhood which was pleasant and quiet to have a stroll about). Handy to have a nice Harvester within walking distance. House was clean, tidy and ticked all the boxes.

Just got home from a lovely, relaxing stay here. Met up with 5 friends who now live all over the country and this was a great, central location. Tom met us as we arrived and showed us how everything worked. House was clean with some quirky lamps, each bedroom had an en-suite plus kettle and cups. The hot tub was a perfect addition. Lost many an hour chatting away while sat in it. Would definitely stay again.

We spent 50 days at Fulwell House during January and February and had a fantastic stay. The house is full of character, with thick stone walls, exposed beams, and a bright, modern kitchen that became our favorite space. It felt warm, welcoming, and just right for a longer visit. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and incredibly peaceful. We saw deer, foxes, badgers, pheasants, and a variety of songbirds every day—robins, wrens, finches, and more. Living abroad, it was a real treat to see so much wildlife. We fished the stream behind the house a few times (no luck!) and enjoyed miles of walks on quiet lanes. The kids and dogs were in heaven. Evenings were spent by the fire with a book or film, often with visiting friends and family. There was plenty of space for everyone. Yola was a brilliant host—friendly and responsive—and Edward, the owner, was always available if anything came up. Their support made everything easy. We’d absolutely stay again if the opportunity arises.
