Beautiful caravan and very clean. Looks exactly like the photos. Well decorated and little extras. really helpful things like salt and vinegar and shower gel. right on the sea front with a 10 walk to get feet on the sand. Beach was amazing really peaceful and lovely sunrise view. A lovely few days stay 💚

My entire family absolutely loved this place! The house is spacious & modern. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, and there was plenty of closet space in each bedroom, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The living area was a highlight, with incredibly cozy couches and a huge TV that made relaxing even better. Having a bathroom on each floor was a fantastic convenience- especially for my mom & toddler. Dani was a wonderful host—warm, courteous, and incredibly thoughtful. She even stocked the fridge with milk and bread, which was such a kind and hospitable gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this place! The photos don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person! If ever I am in Leeds again, I will be staying here.

We booked Sarah’s place for a coworker to stay near to our place of work on Preston Farm Industrial Estate. We found Sarah’s house perfect for what we needed, comfortable, clean and near to the places we needed. Would recommend Sarah’s place to anyone staying in the Stockton area.

Located near to the train station and with about a 15 minute walk to get into the centre. It was freezing temperatures outside yet the bedrooms were warm and the area was quiet at night. Mattress and pillows were excellent, my only regret was not finding out who made them so I could order them for my home. Although we didn't really use the kitchen it was very well presented and the coffee maker was most welcome. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend with the only minor gripe being the check-in(4pm) and check-out(10am) times.

For my first time using airBnB it has made me confident to book again. The host was very polite and responsive, the house was clean and tidy and we felt right at home. Upon leaving we noticed a leak from the sink in the downstairs bathroom so I informed the host and to be helpful left a bowl under the leak. All in all great stay and great host.

If you’re staying in Pocklington then this house is fantastic. Huge! Clean! Warm and cosy. All the mod cons. Really really exceeded our expectations. It’s just a couple of minutes walk from Market Place. Only comment is that maybe there should be fans in all the bathrooms…otherwise, it’s like Dr. Who’s Tardis…way bigger than you think. Loved it.

We had a wonderful stay in Georgia, and it will be our go-to place to stay whenever we visit Richmond.

A true gem. Maggie and her family have created a little paradise in Yorkshire. We arrived not realizing she was running such a delightful bed and breakfast—complete with fantastic food and cozy accommodations that allow you to experience a slice of farm life alongside her family. I truly can’t recommend this place enough. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the not-too-distant future.
