Experience the incredible outdoor recreation of Fayetteville - recently renovated 3br/1ba near the heart of town: 2 blocks up to downtown (Pies and Pints, Waterstone, Wood Iron cafe) or 2 blocks down to Firehouse BBQ and Maggies Pub. Or cook at home in the redone and fully equipped kitchen. 10 min to trails, rock climbing, mountain biking, and rafting! Kaymoor Mine is a few minutes from town and provides great hiking and history. *One pet (max) is considered on a case-by-case basis for a fee.*

INSIDE THE NATIONAL PARK. The Cabin on Pennington Hill is the perfect rustic cabin for a couple or small group of 4. Set on top of a hill overlooking a beautiful pond, this cabin will give you a taste of the West Virginia outdoors. The perfect affordable base camp for outdoor enthusiasts. You'll spend most of your time outside enjoying the deck and the view but when you move inside you'll have a comfortable queen bed and a futon to sleep on. A basic kitchen has everything you need.

Songbird Sanctuary

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Our place is on a little dirt road with a beautiful view of the sun rising over the mountains and horses grazing in the field. Off the main road approximately 1/10 of a mile with no traffic in front of the house. Beautiful backyard with a fire pit and grill, also corn hole for outdoor fun. No nosy neighbors, but the sound of children playing nearby. Just minutes away from rafting, mountain climbing and new river gorge

Here, you are located only five minutes from the New River Gorge, Ace Adventures, a variety of outdoor activities, local restaurants, and many other popular attractions. This space comfortably sleeps 4 with one king bed and a couch that pulls out into a full size bed. Feel free to use the washer and dryer to your convenience and take advantage of our full kitchen! *There is a small pet fee*

Located in downtown Fayetteville, guests can walk five minutes to top-notch restaurants, shops, or the Gaines Estate venue space. The home is surrounded by a white picket fence, which allows children to play safely or pets to roam freely. The space will work perfectly for families and friends and the dedicated office space is ideal for remote workers.

Melt in the Mountains

This house is conveniently located off of Route 19. You will be located one mile from the New River Gorge Bridge. You will be within a 15 minute walk to all Fayetteville has to offer. It is a short drive or bike ride to hiking trails, mountain biking trails, rock climbing or white water rafting. The house sits on a 1/2 acre lot, that is enclosed with a chainlink fence, for those of you who are bringing a pet.
