Just minutes to Keeneland and Red Mile. You’ll be glad you found this hidden gem in the Horse Capital of the World. Close to everything but in a safe and friendly neighborhood. Within ten minutes (or less) to Keeneland, Downtown, Rupp Arena, The Distillery District, UK, Masterson Station Park, Legacy Trail, The Arboretum or a scenic drive down Old Frankfort Pike. Our cozy cottage boasts two bedrooms with queen beds, a huge back yard with privacy fence to relax in, wi-fi, and large screen tv.

Mulberry Hill, in the heart of Lexington's historic district, is steps away from nightlife, restaurants, shopping, events, and culture. This sunny townhome is the perfect blend of cozy and modern - its clean, bright and newer construction is paired with historic details like reclaimed heart of pine floors. This is a great spot if you’re in town to visit a Transy or UK student, attend a show at Rupp Arena or event at the Horse Park, visit breweries and distilleries, or enjoy a day at Keeneland.

The Guesthouse on Lime

A hidden treasure in the heart of the city. The space has a modern feel in a historic setting. Built in 1897, the building was first purposed as a tavern, and then housed several businesses through the years. In the 1980s, the building was renovated and transformed into two living spaces. This space is the first level, The Penthouse On Lime is the top level and is also available for rent. Original hardwood floors and high ceilings add to the charm of this gorgeous urban space.
