Lundi Cottage is one of the Múlafossur Cottages located by the world-renown waterfall in the village Gásadalur on the Faroe Islands. It is only a 10-20min drive from the only airport on the islands, shops and cafes as well as some of the most astounding Faroese sceneries such as Drangarnir, Tindhólmur and the lake Sørvágsvatn/Leitisvatn. We promise a truly magical and secluded place, with sights of sheep, birds and highland cows - all nestled by the river that leads down to the waterfall.

It is a peaceful place close to a grocery, restaurant, a bowling alley, a shop with local craft, art and boat museum, and also Viking ruins. There are good conditions for fishing and fishing gear is available. There is free parking, Wi-Fi and cable TV.

The 2 hour ferry trip to the island, return ticket about 11 euro and 37 euro with car, is beautiful. Newly renovated house decorated stylish and simple with danish designs. Old boathouse from the first in the 20th century, which has been converted into an apartment. Completly rebuilt in 2020. Boat and washer/dryer are in the basement (Neyst)
