Walk to a waterfall. Huge yard for family fun, parking etc! Ride your ATV/snow machine straight to trails!

Your Maine Base Camp

You have full access to this spacious house. Enjoy the large kitchen with a food prep island, ample counter space, basic cookware utensils and ingredients for cooking and baking. The dining room table comfortably seats eight. Relax in the living room with a TV monitor for streaming your preferred services, comfy furniture, and a pellet stove. One bedroom is on the ground floor and two upstairs. Living room is 4 steps down from other ground floor areas. There are no TV monitors in bedrooms.

The Nifty Village House is an animal-free private home rental in the heart of Buckfield, Maine, a small New England town that sits on the Nezinscot River. This listing has been refurbished with a brand new kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Conveniently located near Tilton's Market, Post Office, High School and more. Quaint, convenient neighborhood walking distance to UMF and downtown Farmington. Franklin Memorial Hospital is a short drive. Sugarloaf and Rangeley areas are 45 minutes. WIFI and smart TVs. (No cable.) Washer/Dryer with detergent available. Great place to stay for exploring Maine or a visit with your family and friends.

Our private Cozy House has just been renovated! We put in a new kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and a big 4k smart tv. It's in a friendly neighborhood located in the heart of Waterville only five minutes from Colby College, Thomas College (by car) and just a few minutes from downtown Waterville. Everything is very close to our location. There's a Hannafords nearby, Maine General Hospital and many restaurants, schools and stores. We are located on a private dead-end driveway .

The Riverfront Retreat - 27 minutes to Sugarloaf!

This vibrant farmhouse is surrounded by 800 ft. of Lemon Stream. Walk to the historic wire bridge! It is about 27 minutes to Sugarloaf and 8 minutes to Kingfield; located directly off Rt. 27 in route to Carrabassett Valley. You can hit the slopes then come home to a cozy, gas fireplace. There's a firepit by the stream to enjoy the stars in warmth. The home is full of color and organic decor. FAST STARLINK WIFI!
