The River Lodge sits on a peaceful 5 acres on the banks of the Mississippi River featuring three levels with 7 bedrooms plus additional sleeping areas in the loft and game room, making it possible to fit up to 22 guests. The great room provides a large gathering space, perfect for reunions and retreats. With 3 additional living rooms all with smart TVs, 5 bathrooms, a game room with ping pong, several outdoor sitting areas, a beautiful fire pit patio and lawn games to enjoy, there's fun for all!

Welcome to the Cuyuna Wattage Cottage! We built this ultramodern cabin to be an energy-efficient retreat for you to enjoy after biking, hiking, snowmobiling, or otherwise exploring this beautiful area. You’ll love viewing a sunrise through two story windows in the main living space or warming up by the fireplace. Located a 1/2 mile away from the Cuyuna mountain bike trail system Yawkey trails. 1/2 to the beach, 2 mi. to Crosby. It is the only house on the street, on seven acres. Great privacy!

It comes with a bike cleaning station, private locked bike storage, E-bike charging outlet (115V/20A inside storage unit), EV car charging at 115V/20A, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. We provide all kitchen and bathroom necessities. Enjoy our patio, grill and fire pit by the creek- firewood, charcoal, and fire starter provided.

The main house boasts modern comforts and water views, while the industrial-style bunkhouse offers, a game room, small gym, and workspace. With amenities such as a hot tub, sauna, stone fireplace, and Peloton bike, there's something for everyone, and we are just 15 minutes away from the famous Cuyuna mountain biking trails. Sutter's Point offers luxury, tranquility, and adventure when you want it!
