Cozy and immaculately maintained 70’s nautical beach vibes. Extremely friendly and responsive host. A very special place! Two things I did not like: 1. 4pm check-in (3pm more reasonable) 2. 10am checkout! (Should be 11am) These adjustments would be more fair to guests still leave plenty of time for cleaning before the next guests arrive.

Place was great! Comfy, peaceful, had great vibes and looked exactly like the pictures. Will def stay again!

Krista and Brad’s place was a wonderful getaway for our family of five. It was a clean place to stay with everything we needed. The backyard was a peaceful retreat, and Brad was very helpful and responsive with questions and recommendations. I recommend it!

Absolutely HEAVENLY!! Incredible house, on ocean location, well appointed amenities, large deck, hot tub with full ocean view, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, great communication, very helpful staff, will definitely return!

A great place to gather the family both near and far for Christmas. Very easy to get to some great beaches, restaurants, the Malibu Pier and Adamson house, canyon hike.

Great host, very responsive and pro-active. Location is really great with sea view. Nice size of bedroom and living area. Nice shower. Bess provided all necessary toiletries, like shampoo, conditioner, shower gels, etc… Furniture are a bit old but it remains comfortable. Cutleries, plates and glasses could be improved. There was only one glass for wine. I was alone, do it was ok, but still… Very happy overall and I am strongly recommending Bess place. Will gladly come back.

We've stayed on Glenn's beautiful boat so many times I've lost track. It's our favorite place to stay in Ventura! This time we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. It was perfect! We saw a seal swimming around plus we enjoyed the live music and food at the Harbor. Can't wait to go back soon!!

Great location, hot tub and pool were really great, great family spaces. We had a great week there. Also, Melissa was very helpful in mailing me something I accidentally left behind in the house.

Sarah was very responsive to our questions and super friendly. The house was as described, and has everything you need. Surprisingly quiet for being on a main street. It was very close to some fun restaurants and it's a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay here; it was a nice respite from my busy conference!

Connie is the best host I’ve ever had! Her property was paradise, the house felt like a complete getaway even though it was just 1 1/2 hrs from LA. We got to go whale watching in Santa Barba and come back to the property to lounge by the beautiful heated pool surrounded by fruit trees and a beautiful fragrant flower garden. Connie was super responsive and accommodating, everything in the house worked well and the space was so relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Ardie was very responsive and extremely accommodating. We were traveling for work and it was a very charming and elegant place to come home to after days of work. All of the furnishings and features were really nice. I would to come back to the Malibou Lake cabin, the scenery is beautiful and peaceful.

Adam and Vanessa were superhosts! They were communicative and friendly, and when it was raining, they proactively reached out to remind us where we could find umbrellas in the rental. This was by far the most family friendly Air Bnb I've ever stayed in, I would recommend this place for any family with little ones! The kids loved the amenities, and the pool area. Close proximity to a grocery store and coffee shop was the cherry on top. Thank you Vanessa and Adam for a wonderful stay, we hope to be back!

What a gorgeous home and the design along with the lighting, configuration of the house, the flow is very zen. Quality furniture and indoor/outdoor spaces very well maintained. Beautiful views of the ocean and mountains are calming listening to the waves. Open and well designed with great atmosphere including the stunning artwork, appliances, and a very safe environment to enjoy in. Well done Helena! The gardens are immaculate and the pool, kitchen, bedrooms, closets and bathrooms are all very beautiful. First class is this stunning house. Our family of 5 had a perfect week here. The location is perfect for beach days or to jump on the 101 and head into SB or up the 154.

Incredible property! Megan was an ideal host, quick to respond and more than accommodating. The home was perfect for our little family. The proximity of water to house was second to none. We have travelled quite and bit and use Airbnb often, the jacuzzi to fire pit to ocean proximity is unmatched. Will definitely stay again, can’t recommend Megan or her property enough!

Great host. Wonderful location with beautiful views. Slept every night to the sound of the waves. Very clean house with spacious balcony. Stocked very well with basic and high quality necessities. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this cute house! It was perfect for the three of us (myself and husband and teenage daughter) plus the fenced in yard was great for our dog. The house is adorable and the yard makes it fee like you are in the tropics. It's a quick walk to the dog-friendly beach, which we enjoyed long walks on every morning. And you are a 5 minute drive from the town of Montecito and close to Santa Barbara. We would definitely stay here again to visit our other daughter at college.

Great place for our family to celebrate your daughter’s college graduation. Loved the hot tub, walking to beach, eating at Malibu Brewing Company. Very comfy beds and home. Loved it!!!

Our 2nd stay here, and we still loved it so much. Quiet but close to everything, so many thoughtful touches (hampers in every bedroom, for example!) and perfect for our family of 4. Kelly was very responsive and friendly. Comfortable beds. Love this place, highly recommend!

Sarah and her husband were fantastic hosts ! super responsive . My boyfriend and I wanted to get away and it was exactly what we wanted. the views were spectacular. If you're looking to get away this Is the perfect private getaway . The location makes you feel like you actually left California and into a private beach-jungle hide out. Everything inside is contemporary and the best part is the beds are amazing ! Will definitely be returning !
