We loved our stay in the cabin. The view overlooking the bay was amazing and we saw some great sunsets. The space was really comfortable and tidy. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This small cottage was everything we could have asked for, peaceful, beautiful surroundings and helpful, friendly hosts. The location is ideal most of Northland, including the Cape, East and West coasts. We would have no hesitation in going back when we next visit New Zealand, we left with still much to see and do. If you are staying over a weekend, the Kerikeri market on a Saturday morning is not to be missed.

Jan’s place was fantastic. It had all I needed, great wifi, relaxing quiet environment, excellent facilities, beautiful outlook - perfect for a relaxing getaway. Jan’s space is very comfortable, has lots of space and offers several options to relax, enjoy the view and peaceful surroundings. Jan’s home is perfectly situated to enjoy the best of Paihia and I highly recommend her as host. I was delighted with Jan’s wonderful place.

This was our best stay in NZ in terms of Airbnb’s and hotels. Such a beautiful, secluded spot that was everything we hoped for and more. Favorite parts was enjoying the sunsets, sitting by the water and enjoying some paddel boarding and kayaking.

What a beautiful paradise to look out to. Amazing views, friendly accommodating hosts Clyde and Penny. Cottage has all the basic amenities. Great size ensuite. Great place to stop over for a night or few days to look around the area. Highly recommend.

A lovely historic little town. Picturesque view, with clean, comfortable and well appointed facilities. A quiet and cosy cottage. Friendly and helpful hosts.

Brenda’s accommodation was very nice in a peaceful location. She and Darrell were very friendly and communicated very well. Did have to get use to a Macerator toilet with the noise it made when the water was on.

Dream alert!!!! Absolutely stunning and one of our peak experiences of the year. Vanessa was so kind, generous and helpful and it really made our stay. A wonderful place to relax, recharge, connect with nature and to plan our vision for 2025. 100% recommend.

The cottage is amazing. The perfect place to unwind, relax, reboot. Small but perfectly equipped. The deck overlooking the garden with a big magnolia tree full of birds singing was one of the highlights. The host has been helpful, always available to make my stay comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more. Will definitely go back. Highly recommended

Absolutely beautiful.. Bach was very clean, Owner helped with any questions we had, very quick response, Views was incredible, Peaceful.. you cannot find a better spot.. 10/10 loved it!! Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back :) Thanks !

Great stay at Brady’s place for our family of five. Tidy and clean with a lot of thought on the little things - and very comfortable beds. Brady thoughtfully left out milk and some sweet treats . The Nespresso coffee machine was a big hit in the morning. Brady was a great communicator with local knowledge and suggestions - beaut beaches close by (and easy walk to Tokerau Beach). And we shot up to Cape Reinga for a day trip.. The local fish ‘n chip shop was excellent too btw. Thanks Brady (enjoyed your drumming too!).

We had a unique and truly lovely kiwi time at Rhoderick’s spectacularly-located bach. The view, as advertised, is beautiful and the accommodation is well-equipped and comfortable. There were also much-appreciated extras like a continental breakfast provided despite the recent (one day earlier) cyclone. Rhod is a wonderful host who truly seems to enjoy engaging with his guests and helping them have the best experience they can. Thank you Rhod!

Joanne’s place is a great place to stay, with lots to do, including being able to connect various streaming accounts to the tv to keep you occupied throughout the night. We didn’t spend too much time in the room as we wanted to get around and sight see as well as going to our event. The recommendations that she has left in a book had helped us out too, with restaurants and things to do locally. Overall, great experience with a lovely host

Jacqualine's Studio is a great place. We stayed there for a week and during that time we had some very bad weather. But The Studio made our stay still a comfortable experience. And Jacqualine and her husband are nice and friendly people taking good care of their guests. This is also a good location to visit all the highlights of the far north. Close to the cape and the beautiful beaches. Absolutely recommended.

What an amazing little cottage on the water to relax and enjoy New Zealand's beauty! Perfect little spot to catch up with nature and see so many species of birds all around. The cottage even had fresh picked flowers when we arrived to make it even more magical. We can not wait to return to the cottage on our next trip back to New Zealand. The host Anna was wonderful and very responsive our entire stay! She helped us out and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Thank you so much Anna, you were amazing.

Sally made our stay absolutely enjoyable! Was so accommodating with rescheduling our booking due to Easter weather event which was fantastic. We loved everything about the stay. Such a great place with welcoming, and comfortable decor. Neighbours were friendly and helpful with information. A true gem of place. Hope to stay again and make use of the spa!

Great location - walkable to Paihia waterfront but away from the bustle of the main road. It was very clean and had everything we needed including kitchen utensils. The bathroom was nice and spacious with the spa being a very nice bonus.

Lovely peaceful cottage. We loved the homey decor inside the cottage with little touches including some fruit , biscuits and jams, a selection of varied reading matter, well written instructions on appliances and tourism information. Brenda & Neil have thought of everything! We will definitely be back!

Thank you for the beautiful weekend stay in the olive grove. Beautiful location, so peaceful and quiet. Gorgeous view of olive trees, hills and Mangonui estuary. Very clean and felt at home straight away, with beautiful linen bedding and comfortable space. Would recommend highly!
