Das Haus ist einfach wundervoll. Man fühlt sich schnell zuhause und kann bei der ruhigen Lage einfach schnell entspannen. Gabriella und ihr Mann Mauro sind unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf das nächste Mal.

Wir waren 3 Wochen in diesem traumhaft gelegenen Haus. Auf der Terasse liegen und den Vögeln zuhören, Wanderungen in das angrenzende Naturschutzgebiet einfach unglaublich schön. Und wer Leben und Städte mag ist in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc wirklich bestens aufgehoben. Der nahegelegene Hausstrand ist ruhig und ideal. Das Haus ist einfach und funktional eingerichtet eben ein Landhaus. Also wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ganz lieben Dank für die sehr liebe Betreuung.

Alloggio molto grande, comodo, pulito e in zona tranquilla. La signora Fedora è estremamente disponibile, gentile e proattiva, venendoci incontro per esigenze di check-in. Molto soddisfatti del soggiorno.

Soggiornare da Tommaso a Numana è stata un'esperienza davvero piacevole. La casa è spaziosa e luminosa, con due meravigliosi spazi esterni, uno dei quali particolarmente ampio, dove abbiamo potuto godere della colazione al mattino e di cene rilassanti la sera. L'alloggio è situato in una zona tranquilla e immersa nel verde, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più rigenerante. Tommaso si è dimostrato un host eccezionale: accogliente e sempre pronto a offrire consigli preziosi su spiagge e servizi locali, che hanno arricchito la nostra vacanza. Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio per chi cerca una pausa di serenità in un contesto splendido.

Ci siamo svegliati tutte le mattine con il canto degli uccellini nella pace assoluta in uno dei borghi più belli d’Italia. La posizione consente di raggiungere in pochi minuti le bellissime spiagge del Conero e altri borghi bellissimi

We really enjoyed our stay here is Pesaro. The accommodation was really lovely and we felt very relaxed. Nice decor throughout and spacious enough for the whole family. Francesca was very responsive to any questions and had provided some lovely recommendations for local food. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone

Siamo stati a Mondaino per il Motomondiale di Misono, ci siamo trovati benissimo con la casa, pulita, efficiente e con un panorama magnifico. Faccio i complimenti agli host per l’aiuto e le risposte veloci alle nostre domande. Speriamo di tornare al più presto! Altamente consigliata ☺️

The flat is great and the location is simply top. Everything is just like on the photos. The kitchen has everything needed for cooling and a solid stock of coffee. The small garden is great for kids to run about. The bicycles are nice and working but not for smaller kids unfortunately. Well, you can't have absolutely everything) Rather difficult to find a free parking spot nearby, but the paid one is easy to find and not too expensive. All in all we are very happy with our stay. The price is just right too. Highly recommended!

Un borgo meraviglioso immerso nel verde ma con tutte le comodità per trascorrere giornate all'insegna del relax e della tranquillità. Il borgo è stato ristrutturato in modo perfetto, lasciando intatto lo stile delle strutture. Gli appartamenti sono attrezzati con tutto il necessario e appena si mette piede fuori da casa si gode dei colori e dei suoni della natura, con la possibilità di fare anche un bel tuffo in piscina. Molto buono anche il ristorante e piacevolissima la compagnia dei cinghiali che si affacciano di tanto in tanto per un saluto. Davvero una bella scoperta!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr stilvoll und komplett eingerichtet, in der Küche alles vorhanden, großes Bad mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Grundstück liegt traumhaft, der Swimmingpool ist sehr einladend. Wir wurden äussert freundlich empfangen, die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend, es gab Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und Feigen und Kräuter aus dem Garten. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort.

A short while ago, we (4 adults of the same family) stayed in this house. It is located nearby lake Trashmeno and you can have a great view from the house. The traditional house is surrounded with a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool. The house is specious, a big living room and a well equipped kitchen. It is clean. Above all, The hosts Sheetal and Vittorio are super helpful. They waited us at the door steps, gave us all the detailed information about What to do, Where to eat & drink, supermarket, etc. and also helped us to make a restaurant reservation. They responded to our questions throughout with detailed information and links. They are the best hosts to us. Sheetal and Vittorio, many thanks. If we could, we'd like to spend our holiday here again. It is highly recommended.

Non abbiamo visto Claudia di persona però abbiamo incontrato Stefano ( suocero) gentilissimo sempre pronto ad ogni richiesta , casolare fantastico piano terra con patio con griglia e dentro con camino con abbondante legna da ardere, tutto in ordine e pulizia anche utensili e biancheria !!! Consiglio vivamente questo posto

Notre séjour à Gino's House à Gubbio a été un véritable enchantement ! L'accueil chaleureux de Daniela et Gino nous a fait sentir comme des amis de longue date. Le logement, niché dans la verdure, était impeccablement propre, confortable, et bien équipé. La piscine, véritable havre de paix, nous a permis de nous détendre après nos journées de visites. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du centre historique de Gubbio tout en étant au calme. Gino et Daniela nous ont donné d'excellents conseils pour découvrir la région, enrichissant ainsi notre séjour avec de magnifiques visites. Lors de nos deux semaines, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cours de cuisine offert par nos hôtes, où nous avons appris à préparer des pâtes fraîches tout en partageant un moment convivial. Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de cette expérience et recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous les amoureux de l'Italie authentique. Si vous cherchez confort, authenticité et découverte, ne cherchez plus !

Très belle maison avec tout le nécessaire (même plus) à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La maison est un peu éloignée des restaurants/activités disponibles dans la région mais cela vaut le coup d’y séjourner au vu du calme, de la belle vue depuis la terrasse et de la maison superbe

Esperienza favolosa! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa fantastica, le camere sono come in foto, spaziose e arredate con gusto. I bagni splendidi, ognuno con la propria vasca idromassaggio. Cucina fornita di tutto, spazio comune piacevole… e un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Giancarlo è stato sempre puntuale e preciso nelle indicazioni. Super consigliato!

L appartamento è inerente sia alle foto che alla descrizione dell annuncio,pulito,munito di tutti i comfort situato a pochi metri dalla spiaggia e da tutti i negozi utili pizzerie,ristoranti,minimarket e tutto ciò che può offrire un luogo di villeggiatura.Una splendida veranda chiusa con finestre che si possono aprire rende l appartamento ancora più vivibile i nostri gatti ne hanno fatto sin da subito la loro stanza relax.Ora tocca alla host , probabilmente non basterebbe tutto lo spazio x descriverla nel suo modo gentile e disponibile nel porsi al nostro arrivo,ci ha fatto trovare di tutto caramelle e giochi x nostro figlio,spumante,succhi, beni di prima necessità come pasta,sugo,the.IlU frigorifero riempito meglio di un albergo di 5 stelle.MANUELA una persona che penso non ce ne siano al mondo molte così premurosa,sempre disponibile anche se abita a distanza dall appartamento ma soprattutto amante degli animali cosa rara x chi affitta ci siamo sentiti a casa fin da subito ❤ MANUELA

the place is about 40 min walk from the city center. with the bus it is about 15 min. the bus station is 3 min way. nevertheless, you do have supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance (10 min/15 min). the place is clean and nice. the small garden is great. it is in a quiet residential area. there is hardly traffic on the street in front, so quiet peaceful. the apartment feels smaller than it looks on the pictures but enough for 1-2 person. for my stay, since it has been raining a lot, it does feel a little humid inside sometimes, but nothing bad. the host was very responsive and dealt with issues immediately. would definitely come back again :)

Luca was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was great and very comfortable. It was close to all amenities. I highly recommend it!!!

Soggiorno rilassante e tranquillo. Alloggio piccolo ma confortevole. L'host è stata molto socievole e disponibile a dare indicazioni su cosa vedere e come muoversi in zona.

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. Will certainly come back sometime. Thank you Elise for all the careful attention!

Ich war für 11 Tage dort, der Empfang war sehr freundlich, Sprachbarrieren konnten mit Google Translate überwunden werden, Daniela ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch und hat mir auch Tipps zu Ausflügen in die Umgebung gegeben. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen sehr nahe am Strand der zum Glück im April noch nicht überlaufen war :). Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man (ich) brauchte es fehlte an Nichts, besonders gut hat mir das Bett gefallen es hat eine sehr gute Matratze worauf ich sehr gut schlafen konnte :). Ich hatte auch Glück mit dem Wetter und habe sehr viel unternommen und es wahr für mich ein sehr schöner, toller und erholsamer Urlaub. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut erreichbar, ich bin rundum sehr zufrieden mit allem gewesen und es fehlte mir an nichts, mein kl. Hund und ich waren sehr glücklich hier.

Ein sehr originelles und günstig gelegenes Loft mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Altstadt von Urbino.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo appartamento. Pulito , ordinato , con tanta cura anche negli spazi esterni della casa. La vista e’ davvero mozzafiato!! Ci siamo fermati purtroppo solo una notte ma abbiamo notato che è presente tutto il necessario per cucinare e per soggiornare molti giorni. L’host e’ gentilissimo e super reattivo nelle risposte. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene e ci auguriamo di tornare presto magari per più giorni! Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti !!
