The Toccoa Overlook

Beginning with exquisite long-range views of the Cohutta Mountains and the Toccoa River, combined with tasteful modern rustic design, the Toccoa Overlook is a perfect couple's retreat, or a gathering of up to eight guests, when the optional guest house is included. The main house has two bedrooms and two baths. The guest house has two queen size bunks with one bathroom and is available as an optional space and PRICED SEPARATELY ($100 per night & $25 cleaning), and not rented to other guests.

Enjoy the 6 Ponds Farm experience from the 256 sq. ft. Treehouse.  Beautiful handmade rustic furnishings add to the ambience of the property.  A 30 foot high 256 sq. ft outside tree loft is adjacent to the back porch where a fireplace & hot tub await your arrival.  The Treehouse is very private and peaceful. Guests will have full access to the farm which includes kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, or paddle boating, biking, fishing, hiking, and the fire ring at the farm pergola.

Bearfootin' Cabin is located on a serene pond within walking distance of Cohutta Wildnerness trail and waterfall. Inside there are two bedrooms plus a loft with two twins and well equipped kitchen. Fish or paddle around on the large pond or hike the Cohutta Wilderness and Benton Mackaye trail. Cabin has a large deck with covered outdoor dining table, grill, and hot tub. Also two acre lot for lawn games, kids running around, etc. Downtown Blue Ridge and Ellijay are 15 minutes away

Nestled in the heart of Blue Ridge's popular Aska Adventure Area, this little secluded gem is at the end of a private road - with breathtaking long-range views. Hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, fully-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, great WiFi and DISH Network on two TVs. A whole-house generator automatically kicks on in the event of a power outage. Right across the road from the beautiful Toccoa River, with a private deck overlooking the water. Pets welcome!
