オマーンの海近くにある建物の最上階にある部屋。P階と案内があるけど、本当にP階が存在する。 内装がとってもかわいく、まるで日本のかわいい部屋にいるみたいでオマーンにいるのを忘れてしまう。 ・ベッドルームは2つあり、ダブルルームとツインルームがある。計3人泊まれる。 ・コンセントはBFタイプ。 ・キッチンあり、調理器具がかなり揃ってるので、本格的な調理も可能。冷蔵庫も大きく、コンロも4口。設備が機能しないということは無かった。 ・お風呂が2つあるから混まない。トイレ（手動ウォシュレットつき）もドライヤーも2つある。 ・あくまで日本の基準からすると温水シャワーの水圧がかなり弱め。洗えなくはない。 ・最上階角部屋なので非常に静かで、音に敏感な人でも安心して泊まれる。街から離れているので、アザーンや車の走行音も聞こえにくい。（隣の部屋はベッドのある部屋と接していない。） ・OTAXIでここに行くことはもちろん簡単だけど、捕まるのも簡単。ちゃんとすぐ捕まる。空港からはOMR4、モスクやオペラ劇場、アザイババスステーションまではOMR1.5程度（10分くらい）。ニズワやバハラに行くのも便利な立地。 ・洗濯機（しかも洗剤つき）があるため、持って行く服を減らせる。 ・セルフチェックアウト＆セルフチェックイン。チェックアウトは手順がやや複雑だけど、計画が詰まってても泊まれる。 ・ハウスルールは多めだけど、日本人からしたら当たり前のこと（礼儀みたいなもの）が大半なので、それほどマイナスポイントにはならないと思われる。 ・土禁である。これも日本と同じ。 ・衣紋掛けがあるので、服の管理が楽ちん。 とにかく、とってもオススメな部屋です。

The accommodation is located in a closed complex. The house is on 2 floors. On the ground floor is the entrance hall. On the 1st floor you have 1 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, the kitchen and the living room. On the 2nd floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a room with a washing machine. The pool and jacuzzi are located in the garden next to the house. The house is functional, but you'll need a car to get around. The neighborhood is very quiet. The host is very responsive to messages. Check-in and check-out are very easy.

Khalid war ein freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Er hat uns erlaubt früher einzuchecken, somit mussten wir nicht erst auf nachmittags warten. Er hat einen concierge der immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich ist, Check in und Check out waren damit einwandfrei möglich, auch wenn die Kommunikation aufgrund der Sprachbarriere etwas eingeschränkt war. Khalid und sein concierge mohamed haben uns sogar omanische Süßigkeiten, Wasser und Kaffee bereitgestellt. Leider heizte sich der Pool erst am letzten Abend so richtig auf, an diesem konnten wir ihn leider nicht mehr nutzen, da unser Flug früh morgens war. Tagsüber brauchten wir bei über 40grad keine Heizung, dafür war der Pool genial. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass er zwischendurch mal sauber gemacht werden würde, er wurde über die Tage etwas schmutzig. Das Haus ist im großen und Ganzen aber echt schön gewesen, wir haben die Zeit dort genossen und würden ein weiteres Mal dahin. Ich werde die Unterkunft Freunden empfehlen.

Muscat Bay is a starkly elegant new development in tje middle of the rocky Bandar Jissah. A series of low buildings with flats and houses, bordering a man-made wadi. It is very elegant, with a good pool and a small Spar for everyday shopping. Ideal to relax away from tje hustle and bustle of Muscat and near amazing beaches in matoral coves - some privatised by the Jumeirah or Shangri La resorts, some public. The flat is a spacious first floor one bedroom apartment, with a czy balcony. It was exactly what I needed for a week of total relaxation. There is a also café above the shop and pharmacy. My host was very attentive and the staff on the ground were helpful too. All in all, a lovely peaceful week.

Super Lage nahe zur Marina. Gute Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und Essen.

The villa was one of the nicest villas in The Wave Muscat. Close to the pool, ample parking. Short Walk to the main area packed with restaurants, shops, and a vibrant nightlife. Naseer personally came to the villa to welcome us and even invited us to his private home with his family to drink coffee. The villa is minutes away from the Muscat airport. A drivable distance from mutrah souk, mall of Oman, etc. The stay was well worth the price and if o could give it more than 5 stars I would.

Bader was a great host, really friendly, quick to communicate and help/deliver anything we needed. The apartment was clean (although a little wear and tear is showing) and had plenty of space for cooking and hanging out. We appreciated having access to a washing machine and clothes dried quickly on the balcony. There is is a grocery store downstairs which was handy (also makes a good drop-off point for taxis) and parking was free and easy. Thank you again for hosting!

Jokha was an incredibly accommodating host! When I first checked in the wifi wasn't working. She was very responsive and came over with her son to fix it. She also gave me some laundry soap to do a load of laundry. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean, and has a designated parking spot. Would definitely stay here again.
