We loved Joe's place. The house is located in a clean, quiet and spacious community within reasonable drives to areas of Cape Cod that matter. Both Joe and Steven are amazing hosts. They treat you like friends, always willing to offer local advice. We had an issue that required Joe to come over to take a look and he was over in minutes. We definitely consider coming back next year.

Marla's vacation home was very lovely. We liked the pictures of her place, but once we arrived we realized that she had remodeled a number of rooms. Each room was updated, very clean and cozy. Marla has made sure that her place is stocked with all of the large and small conveniences that guests would want in a home away from home. The location and the surroundings are stunning, especially with the Fall foliage. One can tell that Marla takes great pride in her beautiful rental. -Mark & Susan G

What a cool spot! Stayed a couple nights with friends for a "Book Retreat" and had the best time reading in the Hammock, chatting by the fire pit, and cooking together in the kitchen.

The house was as advertised. In a nice quiet area. The house was well set up and as advertised. We felt right at home for the weekend.

This property was stunning! As described. Brenda was extremely responsive to messages. My family appreciated the labeling she had done, it made everything very easy to find. Anything you could want this place has it, from super comfortable beds, tons of space, clean, and beautiful views! We will definitely be back!

Tam is an excellent host. The lake is picturesque and peaceful. The property is nestled between mature evergreen trees. The house is newly renovated, light, white, bright. Kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean. Lots of cleaning supplies. Tam was an exceptional communicator and very friendly. Appreciate the time!

Thank you Amy! The house was clean, the beds were delicious… I slept less than I would have liked, they were amazing, and I wish I had gotten more sleep! I broke Amy’s shower and coffee table, but her communication with me was great. I apologized, she sent the damages and everything was fine. She was very kind and easy to talk to =) I would definitely stay again and absolutely recommend it. If I can give you one tip: put curtains closed on the windows to make it really dark… I can only think of how perfect the rooms would be! I wouldn’t get up anymore! hahahaha Thanks Amy!

We have stayed in quite a few airbnb’s and this is by far one of our favorites!! The pictures don’t even show how absolutely stunning this house is. It was immaculately clean with so many little extras that it made it the perfect house to stay in for an extended time. The neighborhood was great and so close to the cape which was geeat for day trips. We will definitely be staying again if we don’t purchase property in the area because we loved it so much!

Just lovely. Great WiFi, very modern and everything we needed. It was very clean and well set up with an awesome little guide about the house and surroundings! The host left out dog water bowl and food bowl and put out a dog blanket for us, which was very thoughtful. Will definitely be back.

We are already planning to return next year. This house was magical - the big open main room space with a lovely view of the pond was so relaxing to be in, we didn't want to leave. But the opportunity for our dog, Rooster, to go swimming steps from the house was a powerful draw to head outside. This is an area for people who like their privacy, nature and a quick walk to pristine and wild beaches. The simple-but-well appointed kitchen is perfect for spending time apart from the hustle and bustle of the outside world and enjoying good meals and great meals. Provincetown was :30 away and two great cafes (one French and the other the Salty Market) were about :15 away.

This apartment was exactly as described online: clean, cozy, and near the bike path and a public park. Quiet hours are observed 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (I think I have the hours correct.) Mr. Jefferson was remarkably responsive to our few questions. I would choose this apartment again. NOTE: The apartment is on a busy street, so my wife and I feared that the apartment might be noisy, but it was not, because the ground level apartment is at the rear of the house. The place was peaceful.

My best friend and I live in different states, and plan meet-ups in fun locations a couple of times a year, and we chose the Cape for this one. The Lotus was the PERFECT choice for our stay!! The home was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, and in a great location. It has everything you could possibly want for amenities, and is so comfy. We had one day where it just POURED, and even hanging inside in front of the fire while sipping cocktails was amazing. The dock out over the pond was so great, with some great chairs to chill in. And the information provided about the house and area is second to none! What a fantastic stay, I would recommend so highly to anyone looking for a little oasis on the Cape.

The condo is perfectly lovely and spacious for 2 people. Modern kitchen, very comfortable king sized bed. It’s conveniently located to anything worth doing in town but still far enough from the noisy areas. We’re definitely planning of staying here again!

Bill and Trish were amazing hosts, and they made sure the place was exceptionally clean. They even had fresh flowers for us when we arrived.

My boyfriend, our dogs and I had a great weekend getaway! It was quiet and peaceful, and the location was beautiful. There was plenty of space for all staying and Debra was very friendly and helpful. Huge choice of nearby restaurants and activities. The only downfall was inability to swim in the pond itself due to bacteria counts - totally out of Debra's control! She was able to give us recommendations on other swimming spots and we had a fantastic time swimming with our pups. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay here again!

Irie by the Lake was fantastic. The home is not only beautiful and perfectly designed and decorated, but it was the cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Carol was super responsive and helpful. We are already planning to return.

Such a cute cottage! Very nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the area - we were there to enjoy some biking and there are some great trails nearby. There is quite a bit of road noise (trucks, sirens) from the nearby highway - this was not noticeable inside the cottage but while we were on the deck. But it's still very nice to sit outside - we saw geese, swans, osprey, and gulls. A very pleasant place to enjoy a relaxing weekend.

Our stay at Lisa's place was very pleasant. Her home is very nice with a lovely view of the lake and plenty of space for large families (we were only four people but can easily accommodate a few more). The neighborhood does not have a lot of car traffic which is great for walking and jogging around the lake. And it is also relatively close to Falmouth downtown and convenient stores. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and is very courteous and friendly. She really seems to care about her guests' comfortability. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Thank you, Lisa!

As soon as I walked into Carol’s place, I felt right at home. In fact, I was sad I couldn’t stay longer. Dennis is a great centrally located area on the Cape (next to many great restaurants and a supermarket). The cottage itself is in a quiet neighborhood right in front of Flax Pond (great for kayaking). It was well stocked with amenities and things to do I could just spend all day there. Carol was friendly and responsive. I would book at the Compass Rose Cottage again!

We loved our stay at this lake house for I think was our third visit. It is super clean and so relaxing every time we go. One of the best parts is we get to bring our 2 dogs with us. The host, Van, is always very responsive and accommodating. I'm sure we will go back for a fourth visit sometime soon! :)

We loved our stay at the Sunkissed Cottage in Yarmouth Port. The place is lovely and the location is ideal— in a quiet neighborhood, at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is located in front of a pond where wildlife abounds, offering beautiful views and a serene environment. The cottage is nicely decorated with plenty of room for our party of 7 and a well-stocked kitchen. The place was spotless upon our arrival. The outdoor patio was perfect to enjoy the peaceful environment, with plenty of seating and a nice fire pit. The kayaks were a great bonus to our stay; we enjoyed several outings on the pond. The only neighbor we encountered during our stay was very friendly. Meg was a wonderful host with great communication, who even took the time to share a list of places to visit prior to our arrival, which allowed us to discover places we would not otherwise have known about. We would definitely stay at the Sunkissed Cottage again.

A charming pond rental in Massachusetts. Our stay was an absolute delight. The property was spotless and nicely appointed, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The highlight, of course, was the beautiful pond right outside our door with the sound of the wind whispering through the trees. The hosts were excellent communicators and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
