Welcome to The Burrows, a 1860's stone cottage we have sensitively reimagined & restored, opening it up to take in the ever changing view over Freycinet peninsula. A large living space is the heart of the home with a wood fire at one end, feather sofa, armchairs and a custom made window seat overlooking Great Oyster Bay. Both bedrooms have amazing views over the water & our intimate bath house with clawfoot bath & french doors is the perfect place to watch the sunset reflected over the Hazards

The open plan space is warm and bright, receiving all day sun. We offer an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining, off street parking, spacious rear garden courtyard and 2BRs sleeping up to five guests (QB/DB/SB). The Bay of Fires, Freycinet, wineries, mountain biking and a whole lot of fresh air are all within easy reach. Did we mention no traffic lights either?

Serenity @ Scamander is a 1 bedroom privately owned unit in a bush setting. It's location and outlook is a feature which includes both the Scamander River and the stunning coastline. The unit is part of our property which privately sits below our residence with private entrance and plenty of car parking. The unit comprises of 1 bedroom with bathroom/laundry and a separate toilet. A well equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge space/TV area with single sofa bed. WIFI ☑️

Shelly Point Beach House

Luxury beach house, tucked away in a quiet cul de sac only a 2 minute walk to a stunning east coast beach and 10 mins to the St helens Mountain Bike park. You will enjoy a stroll to the beach for fishing, surfing, snorkeling or a relaxing walk! 10mins up the road and you will be riding world class mountain bike trails. 25 min to Bay of Fires. The beach house faces north to get all day sun and is very sheltered, there are two decks to sit and enjoy the sunshine and a refreshing drink.

Sheoakes is a stylish, designer-built beach house in the quiet coastal village of Falmouth, where laid-back vibes meet ocean views. This bespoke retreat blends thoughtful design with modern comforts, perfect for unwinding. The open-plan living area invites relaxation, and the kitchen is equipped for cooking up a feast. Outside, spacious decks offer lounging and the occasional whale sighting. On cold nights, the wood fire adds a cozy touch, while the beach is just a short walk away.

We live next door in a new house, but the Studio has been positioned to ensure your privacy. You have your own beachfront spot to relax on a deckchair. Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach.
