This was the best air bnb I have ever stayed in. I was in with a group of kids for state competition. It was nice to have a homely atmosphere where the kids could play in the pool, play basketball or hang out in the house. William was very accommodating and answered any and all questions. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay.

As a large group it is always difficult to find good accommodations for 15 people. Rachel’s place was better than the photos.

At this lovely new BNB there were a few start-up hiccups, easily offset and taken care of by the host. Loved the pool and hot tub.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The kitchen was very well equipped, the pool and hot tub were great, and the playroom was a big hit with the kids. The location is perfect—close to shops and restaurants—yet still quiet and relaxing. The host was available, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches and generous supplies (shampoo, dishwasher pods, toothbrush kits, etc.). One thing to note: if you're traveling with a larger group, it might be worth confirming the bedroom setup with the host ahead of time. As mentioned in a previous review, the two bunk beds might not work for all party configurations. That being said, they provide helpful video instructions to use things like the air conditioning and more, which made everything really easy. It's been a while since I stayed in an Airbnb where I truly felt welcomed as a guest. Would definitely recommend!

This was the perfect home close to all the things we needed to be close to for the Unashamed Conference. Lindsey checked on us and was great. In anything we were the non responsive ones as we were busy at the conference and we were slow to respond. So with that, we could not be more pleased. Clean up was the easiest and very thankful that it was limited and easy.

Don’t even know where to begin, this is by far one of the best homes I have ever stayed in! I highly recommend this home. Everything about this place was amazing! I felt right at home, place was spotless and the pictures do not do it justice! Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, no issues or problems whatsoever. I would definitely stay here again, the late checkout was perfect, I didn’t have to rush leaving. I’m sure I’m leaving a lot out, you have to give this home a try, you will not regret it! Just wish it was a warmer weekend so that we could have spent some time out in the backyard.

The cottage was as described, the bed was very comfortable and the pastries that were left for us was delicious

Thia is a cute place, and the hosts were so sweet. I was shown around the farm and able to feed some of the animals - such an awesome experience!

Was a beautiful little home tucked away in the country. The rooms were very spacious with large closets. The bathroom had plenty of room and the living room/kitchen felt huge. I was expecting a tiny house but was pleased to find plenty of room for 3 guests to spread out. I would highly recommend this place

We always have a nice experience at this property. We have stayed here multiple times and it is our first choice when we visit the Waco area. The house is always clean and has everything we need and it is close to Waco area attractions. The host is always gracious and easy to contact if needed.

Had a great stay at Dave's place, he was very kind as we booked last minute as our plans changed, and he was able to get us in to the home asap. I was nervous at first because the home is off of a main road, but it was very quiet and cozy inside, had everything you would need and a nice welcome book with his local favorites and a cute basket full of snacks & candies. It was also a super easy 10-15 minute drive to downtown Waco! Great place for a smaller family to enjoy.

Beautifully presented home with a functional and welcoming living space. Great for a family with self catering in mind. The beds were very comfortable and our children enjoyed playing in the back yard at the start and end of day. The music room was a nice retreat and the laundry was both practical and very convenient. The kitchen and living area felt like home so for this reason it’s highly recommended.

We loved our stay. The house is very comfortable and the L shaped sofa makes for some great relaxation. The full kitchen is great. Beds are really comfortable. We loved the peace and quiet. Paula was great, checked in on us by message to check everything was okay. All in all we loved our 4 night stay after a long road trip.

this place was very peaceful we have a very beautiful valentines Retreat with my husband and friends. house is beautiful and comfortable. the outside space by the fire in a beautiful weather a time to remember. I love all the windows in the house plenty of light during the day! the stars at night look amazing. we gladly recommend this place. perfect and spacious!
