Close to downtown and midtown, this chic new space was inspired by travels to Europe and New York City

This new 500sf one-bedroom Guesthouse is located above the garage behind our 1920’s bungalow with free driveway parking. Walk to Golden One arena, Old Sac, the state Capitol; Crocker Art Museum, river bike trail and restaurants. The private guesthouse is steps from Sac’s largest Farmers Market and Southside Park lake, playground, pickleball/basketball courts, city pool. Sac Airport (SMF) is 15 minutes away. The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!
