I really enjoyed my stay at Joanna's place. From the start Joanna was extremely responsive, check-in was very flexible, and entry very easy (and no keys to manage/lose!). The property itself was as absolutely as described and very well furnished and fitted out, e.g., kitchen appliances and utensils, crockery, cutlery, extremely comfortable bedding, and bathroom towels. The property has an independent entry with street parking directly in front (that can be busy, but there was a resident permit available in the property). The location is excellent for access to the many grocery stores, dining, entertainment, and business locations in Bethesda, including the Metro (red line) - all within easy walking distance. All-in-all a very enjoyable stay. I will definitely return if I'm back in the area and would thoroughly recommend to others.

The house is clean and nicely designed and decorated. The beds are comfortable and linens soft. The location is great on a quiet residential street in Georgetown, around a 15 minute walk to shops and restaurants. The only downsides were that there's only one full bathroom/shower, the WiFi wasn't great, and, because the family actually lives in the home, we opted not to unpack suitcases and use the dressers or closet. Overall, I'd recommend it.

My family of 5 spent 4 nights here while visiting DC. Great space that is perfect when travelling with kids, as my teenager was able to have her own room while the other two shared a room. It's 3 floors so a lot of stairs - not an issue for us but parents of younger children should just factor that in. The parking spot was a huge bonus for us, as was the proximity to Georgetown University, where my wife and I attended. As noted, the planes definitely feel noisy at first but you adjust and they don't fly much after 10pm or before 6am. Be advised that DC traffic is on another level, so if you are up for walking, the Rosslyn Metro over Key Bridge or Foggy Bottom might be your move. Another helpful tip: DC Metro requires you to swipe your card when entering and exiting (different fares depending on the destination) so each rider needs their own card. Julia was incredibly responsive and checked in after we arrived. I would absolutely recommend her property to groups visiting DC.

We met at this AirBnB for a 50 year reunion from the US Coast Guard. This unit was in a perfect location, convenient to Clifton, VA where we would meet each day. The unit was very comfortable with all the amenities we needed. It was very clean and had a great kitchen. What is tops in my book is that it is a very quiet townhouse so sleeping each night was great. The only negative was that the keypad for entry didn't work when we arrived but Linda was very responsive to that issue and had someone come over to let us in and to fix the keypad, which turned out to be just a bad connection on the batteries. Linda was always very responsive to questions that we had before arriving. We would definitely stay here again because of the price, location, cleanliness, peace and quiet, and all the nice amenities that were in the unit. Also, we found the parking right in front of the unit was secure and convenient.

This is a great place to stay very comfortable, host was very communicative. We got a notification that we forgot our phone before I even notice. Thank you so much would definitely stay again.

Jack’s place is exactly as you can see in the pictures. Great location, beautiful park and playground just a few minutes walk if you are traveling with kids. Jack was very proactive reaching out to make sure everything went great. There was no need for much communication be aide there were no issues and everything was clear in the instructions

This home was the perfect place for our family. We were able to spend time together in the large living room area after extended family gatherings in the area or sightseeing. The trails around the neighborhood were amazing for walks most every morning. The home was very clean which is a big deal to me. Janis was always available to answer any questions we had during our stay. We would definitely return if we are in the area again.

This place was newly remodeled, cozy, clean and fully stocked with everything you need! We loved the adorable backyard patio where we could enjoy a glass of wine. The beds are super comfortable and it was a quiet area. The location is ideal!! Walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops. Loved it!! Can’t wait to go back!

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at Grace’s place! It felt just like home—super cozy and had everything we needed. It was also really convenient being close to supermarkets and great restaurants. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area!

Best airbnb experience so far. Everything was great, clean rooms, very safe place to stay with family and kids. And for sure our host Tech is the best! He did everything to make our stay comfortable and feel like home. Definitely recommend to everyone!

We had a really nice stay and Georgetown is absolutely the best neighbourhood to stay in in DC. We wished the bathrooms were a little larger and the downstairs is a little dark but they’ve done a really great job with the space. Would stay again!

We loved strolling past beautiful gardens and historic architecture. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the large dining table between the cozy living room and well-equipped kitchen was perfect for us. The peaceful backyard with seating and a grill made a lovely spot for morning coffee. Our hostess, Mary, was welcoming and responsive, providing thoughtful touches like teas, coffee, and kitchen essentials. The home was very clean and well organized. In our early 70s, we found the stairs easy to manage thanks to the sturdy handrail. A perfect stay!

Elliott was very helpful answering my questions and provided suggestions at his initiation for some extra activities in close proximity. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed and more. It perfectly accommodated my husband and I traveling w our daughter and grandson. The neighborhood is beautiful and we enjoyed the private patio for dining as the weather was a perfect temperature. So convenient that Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s is a relatively short walk; the close location to Foggy Bottom metro was a huge plus for getting around the city and a short ride from Reagan Airport! Elliott went above and beyond in accommodating us to store luggage allowing our daughter to do more sightseeing before a later in day flight home! Thank you Elliott - we hope to be back!!

We had a great time on our stay and this house fit our needs and was perfect for our stay we loved the area and how their was a playground right down the road we loved how comfortable the house was for our family. I would definitely recommend this house for vacation rental

V was accommodating ensuring our 14 month granddaughter was safe from the stairs. He p picked up sheets and gate locks. Great kitchen that is stocked well. Easy access into DC. Quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. Visiting with family was relaxing. Comfortable.
