Great location! Host is excellent and very responsive. We spent 5 nights and always felt like we came “home” at night. The bed was very comfortable as was the entire space. Only negative, our feet hurt from walking the hills! Ha, no negatives, stay with Emi and you will be happy you did.

Great place to stay for a few nights near dc! Host was responsive and helpful whenever I needed to reach out. Airbnb is in a great area with plenty of food options nearby

I cannot get over what a treat it was to be staying in the center of Georgetown! My niece and her friends were all able to meet me with ease for dinner and ice cream and we had such a lovely time. Holly and Nash were extremely nice and very responsive! They even held my luggage for me while I had breakfast prior to my flight out of Reagan. This will be my go-to place whenever I come to Georgetown! Thank you Holly and Nash for providing such an inviting apartment for my stay.

Adam’s place was the perfect launching point for our family’s first trip to DC. It’s in an adorable location (the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful) with lots of dining and grocery stores within a couple minute walking distance. Most touristy historic sites are a short Uber drive away. The actual space we lived in had everything our family of four needed for a comfortable weeklong stay. We had such a wonderful time. Adam was very responsive anytime we reached out and such a gracious host. Stay here for your trip to DC! You will love it!

This is my second review of the apartment and it couldn’t be more perfect for a short or long-term stay. Mary Kay and Brad are great hosts and quickly communicate for any question or need. The apartment has a nice separate layout with a comfortable bedroom, cozy living room and well-equipped kitchen. If I’m ever in the Northern Virginia area again I’ll happily stay here. Jim

The unit is conveniently between U Street and Dupont so I could walk everywhere I wanted to go. Lots of nice extra touches in the unit like spices in the kitchen. The hosts were incredibly kind and refunded me when I had to leave early when I learned my husband had been laid off and I needed to get home.

We had a wonderful stay in Jennifer's apartment! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Jennifer and Kevin were responsive and thoughtful, providing everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect — close to everything but quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay for a family trip to Washington DC. 15 minute walk to the metro, you pass a grocery store if you need anything on the way home. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The apartment is small, but they maximized the space and we had everything they needed. We appreciated the cool coffee table that lifts up into a higher table you can eat on. Noise from those living above was reasonable and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Street parking worked out fine even though we came in late. Kitchen was stocked for cooking simple meals and the basics they had were appreciated. The kids loved it and we would stay there again. Great books on the coffee table and under the TV for kids and adults about Washington DC.

It's no surprise why this listing is always booked. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the airport with lots of dogs, this property is insanely cute. This is an amazing place for solo travelers or couples. It was a perfect place to spend the weekend. If its available for the dates of your travel I would highly recommend booking here.

Robert and Carrie were great hosts during out stay! The airbnb was cozy and just as described! We had everything we needed and Robert was quick to respond when we reached out about questions! My friend and I would definitely stay with them again while visiting Washington, D.C.!

We had a great stay at Robert's place. It was extremely spacious and was great for us and our teen kids. Rob was great at making us feel welcome and walking us through the space and giving us information on the area. It was such a great space to come home to after touring DC daily for a week. For anyone staying, just be aware that there are some steep stairs down as it is a basement space.

We enjoyed staying in Rodrigo’s unit. In terms of sleeping arrangements, I prefer a firmer mattress—the bed provided was comfortable and perfect for me. I was able to work from home and go for walks around the beautiful neighborhood. Rodrigo was incredibly friendly and greeted us in person.

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

Great location and a very quiet apartment complex. Able to walk to groceries and restaurants. Especially liked the garage parking spot.

Katie took good care of us from the moment we stepped foot in the Airbnb. She made sure everything was up to par, always offering to help with anything we needed. When she found out we were in town for a funeral, her and her husband gave us a handwritten card sending their condolences. The hot tub was absolutely perfect!!! She had it ready for us when we got there. The house was so clean and had everything we needed, a fridge and even coffee, sugar, and creamer, and water bottles!!! The water pressure was great. The scenery was beautiful. I wish we had another week to stay and relax. The beds were comfy and the place was cozy and quaint. If I am in the area again we will definitely stay here. Thank you Katie soooo much!!! God bless you all!! You made this hard trip so much easier for us. We will never forget it.

We loved staying at Hidden Gardens. It was very clean and Noris made it extra special with all her personal touches to make us feel very special. The garden out back is very relaxing and just beautiful. We loved sitting out there and enjoying all the beautiful flowers and greenery. Noris is an excellent host and amazing person. She made us feel special and we felt right at home. I can’t wait to go back. Noris is a “super-host”.

This place was perfect for our girls trip to DC. It was a quick walk to the Metro station. Check in was a breeze and all communication from the host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

La anfitriona es muy amable y atenta. Tuve varias dudas sobre el lugar y el hospedaje, y respondió a todas ellas. Hubo un pequeño inconveniente para poder acceder al departamento y al wifi a la llegada, debido a que no tenía un número de EEUU la comunicación fue compleja en ese momento, pero se superó de manera óptima y rápida. Por otro lado, al no ser de la zona, no tenía noción de que espacios como la piscina no están disponibles en estas fechas, me habría gustado eso se indicara en el anuncio. Pero, en general, la estadía fue agradable, cómoda y me sentí respaldada por la anfitriona en mi primera visita a la ciudad.

My boyfriend and I stood at Jenn's for a weekend trip to DC and had a great experience. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and was easy to access. There are a lot of amenities that would make it great for a longer stay, as well! Jenn responded really quickly when we had a question, and has a lot of brochures and menus for activities and businesses in the area. I'd highly recommend!
