Our property is located in a quiet courtyard in the southeast of Chiang Mai Old City, featuring four independent teakwood houses about 90 years old. As these are traditional wooden structures, sound insulation is limited Each house has a private bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairs. We are living as a family (us and our young son) a bit outside to the East of Chiang Mai along our rice fields which are at the fringe of a small village, which is located at the fringe of Chiang Mai, ca 20 km / 25 Minutes out of town. The interior decor mainly are antique furniture and some art pieces. Guests use the whole house, pool and garden. All in the few key words: wooden,earthy,grounding, space.
