You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. There is also a secure, oversized single-car garage for safe vehicle storage. It's a 5 minute walk to many restaurants, bars, parks, grocery, convenience stores, etc.

10 miles from Mayo Clinic, located on beautiful horse farm (with riding lessons available), huge backyard plenty of room for kids to run. This is a split entry house, so you’ll have a private entry with newly remodeled full kitchen, full bathroom with tub and shower, 2 bedrooms. Quite peaceful country living. All bedding is washed between guests including blankets. Carpets are vacuumed and hard wood floors washed. A clean living space for my guest is important!
