My wife and I will instruct a class together. We will complete a video analysis of your running and explain what we see that could be slowing you down or increasing your chance of injury. We will the work on specific drills that will help improve your form. The drills consist of multiple techniques we have learn through our experience teaching injured servicemen how to run again. Come ready for at least one to two hours of physical activity. Wear weather appropriate attire and running shoes. Plan to perform running drills on grass a field and some trail running.

We will meet on the practice field of a local middle school. If your confident and performing well we can go trail running for the linear athlete and/or practice footwork for the lateral athlete.
