We leave together Montreal to the capital of the country with Via Rail train, once in Ottawa, we're going to do several things: extra fees apply.

1) Tour of Parliament of Canada.
2) Amphibus tour.
3) Go sit at a park practice our breathing, consciously taking control of our destiny.

We will discuss these brief techniques in the train via Line a cellphone application where we can host up until 16 people together at one time. Via Rail wifi may not be good enough however. But it is good enough for the chatting system.

We will practice the Siddhanath Golden Lotus Meditation.
