Чем вы займетесь

We will start out at scenic spot for our High Intensity Interval Training class. I will provide everyone with water and a towel and we will talk through the workout I have planned for the group.

I’ll lead the group through a warmup (not to mention we’ll be blasting an awesome playlist!) and then through their workout. We’ll do a combo of things like jump rope to squats to burpees and a few fun things in between! I provide all necessary equipment and instruction.

After our 45 Minute heart pumping workout in one of Knoxville’s most beautiful spaces, we’ll spend a few minutes together cooling down before heading to a local craft beer establishment. Because, life is all about balance, right?!

The cost of the experience includes workout instruction, water, a towel, and one beer.

Make sure to wear workout appropriate clothing (Workout tank/top, leggings/shorts, socks and shoes. Bringing a mat is optional, but not required. You also MUST bring your ID if you will be drinking.
