Your experience will start with an experience! You will board either the fast ferry from pier 50 to our meeting place in Bremerton for a 30 minute ride or the Washington State Ferries which operates the largest ferry fleet in the United States carrying over 23 million passengers. I will pick you up at the Washington State ferry dock in Bremerton, which you can board in downtown Seattle. A typical day MAY be like this; I will drive you to Green Mountain for a hike to Tin Mine Falls. After viewing the falls, we will continue up the mountain to Beaver Pond Trail through the thick rainforest, to meet the Vista Peak trail to the summit of Green Mountain. There, weather permitting, we can see all the way to downtown Seattle and most of the Cascade mountain range, while enjoying our snack or lunch. We will take in the views of the Olympic mountain range on the way back to the car. You must be able to hike at least 5 miles with about a 1,000-foot elevation gain, so you need to be in fairly good shape to hike these trails—this is considered a "moderate" hike. After the hike, we can stop for Olympic ice cream and/or coffee before I take you back to the Bremerton ferry dock for your ride back to downtown Seattle. {I can customize YOUR hike to fit YOUR needs, abilities and desires but you must be in good health) Let me know what YOU would like to see, lake, summit, falls, etc.
