Ciao! I'm Paolo and I work for an airline company. I'm a friendly and cheerful person. I've hosted a lot of couchsurfers in the past so I am very aware of how to be a respectful host! I am also a Superhost on Airbnb and when I don't work I love to make homemade pasta and bread and share my passion and family's recipes and secrets with other people. I love to travel, cook and meet new people.!

Her handmade pasta has always been present in my life, since I was a little kid and so it was for my mother and my aunt before. With this experience I'd love to share with you the yummy and secret recipes of Nonna Enza, my grandmother. I will teach you - together with my mother and aunt (when they will be around)…

Where you'll be

We will meet at Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere and together we will walk to my place ( it takes about 2 minutes) where we will do the whole experience.
