We will start by welcoming you and explain the time-frame of the experience. We will present Cocorico project and its "raison d'être", which is celebrating the friendship stories between Portugal and France!
The recipe we selected for this experience is also a luso-french recipe....

We will introduce you to the kitchen, the restaurant, the patio.
You will have an explanation about how a professional kitchen is organized, describing all the different ovens, machines and work positions (pastry, hot..).

Then we will present you our amazing and unique recipe: Galo ao vinho do Porto! We will cook it together and at the end, of course, we will enjoy it in our lovely space.

Hy, I am Marianne Baillot, the general manager of Cocorico Luxury Guesthouse and Restaurant. Before managing this business, I worked as a choreographer and dance-teacher during 15 years. I am very used to work in a workshop format because I organized many community projects and taught many dance workshops in the past. This experience is a team work : Flora Mikula -who conceived our menu and this Rooster with Porto Wine recipe- is a famous international chefe; Antoine Coutier our chef has more than 10 years of experience as a cook. He worked in many famous gastronomic restaurants in France but has also international experiences in London, Dublin, Autralia....
