Appledore is a 5min walk to the Quay, 15 mins walk to town, with free on-street parking. Its 2min walk from a beautiful wisteria tunnel park and cafe .

The Nuffield, Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital and County Hall (Devon County Council) are a 10 minute walk away. The nearest cafe, pub, shop and takeaway are a 5 minute walk away with a multiple main route bus stop just outside.

The cottage is in a small village on the outskirts of Exeter and is close to Dartmoor/Exmoor. Lovely beaches nearby.
